17 I temi Il PMO When expanding and developing the PMO, it is beneficial to recruit people with diverse skill-sets from those currently available within the team and ensure that the overall team skill-set is balanced and aligned to current activities and future opportunities. When maturing the PMO, it is vital to perform detailed customer management activities.
