1 Post-graduate training course International Mobility & Compliance in the Netherlands 2013 This professional training course is aimed at staff responsible for cross-border mobility with a special focus on Dutch legal and administrative compliance regulations. Curriculum The curriculum consists of seven modules including the following subjects: international HRM, labour law, immigration law, taxation, social security, employee benefits, and payroll. The course takes place over seven full day sessions ( ), with an e-learning introduction. Participants who complete all the modules will then take part in the final graduation project: an all-encompassing simulation exercise. Faculty Acclaimed experts designated by consultancy firms and government organisations. Language The primary language will be English and Dutch. Location The Expatise Academy, Boeingavenue 280, Schiphol-Rijk. Aims The course aims to develop knowledge of Dutch law and international conflict regulations, to use solution-focused applications, to gain practical expertise and skills in the independent use and management of standard processes, and to build up a network of peers to share experiences/ exchange information. Qualifications Participants who complete the course successfully will be qualified as EC International Mobility Officer. This qualification allows membership of the Expatise Alumni Association for Qualified Professionals in the field of international labour mobility. Participants In-house HR/ P&O staff, salary administrators, service providers and civil servants who are involved with administering international placements, to and from the Netherlands (a maximum of 25 participants per class).
