So much so that we are now working in partnership with Biotech Designs, offering the benefits and features of rtrack, the biometric app. rtrack is an innovative, time and cost-saving app which operates as an identification and registration application via a tablet or smart phone, quickly eliminating discrepancies involving hours worked by individuals. It has the capability to work anywhere and on any site, whether large or small, and can easily be operated by the client. How it works At the start and end of the working day, when a workforce would ordinarily sign in and out, the client utilises a portable device available on site, such as a tablet or a smart phone. An image is taken via the device and sent to Right Track s app platform. It is then biometrically matched to the particular person via authentication retrieval, corroborating exactly who the person is. It also dynamically generates geo-fencing to send the GPS (global positioning system) location of exactly where the person is. What is does The rtrack app stores all of this information (downloadable in CSV (comma separated values) format) on a daily basis and creates a report that calculates client costs on that particular site per hour/day/week. It also creates timesheets that are biometrically verified to ensure that no one is being paid for work they have not actually undertaken. Therefore, potentially saving the client thousands in revenue as well as the administration stretch on resources of checking timesheets and associated hours.
