Organic Waste The Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery estimates that a third of waste sent to landfills is compostable organic material that could be used to make soil amendment, that not only avoids methane at landfills but also helps build healthy soils. Several states have enacted legislation requiring all or a significant percentage of organic waste be diverted from the landfill. Virtually all states are drafting bills to reduce or remove organic waste from the traditional waste stream.

Disposal Options Bulk Composting This method requires organic material to be transported to a processing center where it can take weeks to break down. One of the more expensive methods due to hauling cost. Bio Liquefaction These units liquefy organic waste and pump it down the drain. Initially these units were successful until their use overloaded municipal water treatment facilities causing them to be banned in many cities. Dehydration Organic waste is dehydrated temporarily reducing its volume by 50-70%. Materiel processed using this method remains subject to re-hydration, foul, rotting odors and vermin infiltration.

Disposal Answer: Biogreen 360 The BioGreen 360 is a totally selfcontained, continual feed, organic waste disposal system than decomposes food waste into nutrient rich compost that is virtually odor free and safe for use as a soil amendment or humus. Designed to accelerate the natural decomposition process by maintaining optimal levels of aeration, moisture, and temperature, the BioGreen 360 biologically converts solid waste materials into compost without soil and ground water contamination. The BioGreen 360 will safely reduce organic waste to 10% of its original volume in 24 hours with any kind of food waste including: vegetable/fruit scraps, raw and cooked meats, fish, poultry, and dairy products.

BioGreen 360 Basics Food Waste goes in The BioGreen 360 rapidly decomposes the organic waste into a rich, black, sweet-smelling, crumbly, soil-like substance, which can be applied back into your lawn or garden or disposed of with ordinary wastes. Any Organic waste consisting of vegetable or fruit scraps, raw and cooked meats, fish, poultry and dairy products are fed into the machine. Clean compost comes out!

Food Waste Decomposition Process In the BioGreen 360 mechanically controlled decomposition process, bacteria play the most important role. Different bacteria produce unique enzymes, which are the protein catalysts responsible for the metabolism of organic waste. Green Waste Stream, LLC has carefully selected the most effective bacteria and combined them proportionally to perform best with the Biogreen 360º. Of course, these bacteria are completely safe for human and animal contact and certified Bio-level 1. Empty Hopper with Microbes Loaded with Food Wastes Agitation Decomposition Empty Hopper after 24 hours End Product Compost

Compost Uses Typical ph Values The resulting compost can be used as a soil amendment consisting of measurable amounts of Potassium, Phosphorous and Nitrogen with a ph of 4.13 that can be used as compost. This makes an ideal compost for acid loving plant such as Roses, Begonias, Violets, Blueberries, Fruit trees, Tomatoes and potatoes

BioGreen 360 Design & Engineering All BioGreen 360 machines are designed and engineered using cutting edge CAD/CAM 3D software and manufacturing processes.

Operation The BioGreen 360 is designed to be simple to operate and user friendly. Users need only separate uncompostable and non-organic materials such as plastics, paper, silverware, tin cans, large bones, shells, or wood from organic waste.

Operation Organic waste is loaded into the machine through the attached grinder that discharges into the main hopper. The hopper mixes the material with our BioGreen 360 Microbial Additive that is specifically designed to liquefy, digest and deodorize organic wastes. The operator then selects the type of waste loaded and selects Enter and the BioGreen 360 does everything else. Automatically!

Controls Each BioGreen 360 will be equipped with state of the art operator and machine controls. An operator control panel will allow the selection of pre-programmed modes of operation and display of equipment diagnostics and maintenance screens. All machine operations are monitored and controlled using industrial computers. The computer controls motors, temperature, safety switches and other key operations automatically making any needed adjustments. This allows for consistent machine operation regardless of varying conditions.

Operator Controls The Operator controls will have basic screens consisting of a main screen showing basic information about the Biogreen 360. The machine will tell the operator when there is a problem and what it is. The Maintenance Menu Screen (which can be password protected) will allow complete control over machine components for testing and troubleshooting. A Diagnostics Screen will also be available to display component faults to allow quick identification of problems and repair by qualified service technicians.

Remote Diagnostics Machines can also be set up for remote diagnostics that can call for repair automatically. nettalk INTERNET nettalk PLC MODEM Custom Software Dial Machine FAULT Gather Data TECH
