A Meat-Free Zone All of our menu items are free of meat, dairy, eggs and other animal products, and therefore, contain no antibiotics or hormones. Clean Protein Our veggie meat alternatives are all high in protein (over 20 grams per serving). Beans, kale and quinoa are also natural sources of clean protein. Mindful Fat Choices Saturated animal fats, cholesterol and trans fats have no place in our food. We choose monosaturated fats: rice bran oil, canola and seed oils.
