1 The is dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers. To Page 1 NOTICE TO ALL APPLICANTS: 1. Prior to making a site plan application, applicants are required to attend a site plan pre-application meeting. To book a pre-application meeting, contact the Planning and Development Department at , ext or by at 2. Application package and supporting documentation are to be submitted to the Planning and Development Department on the 2 nd Floor,, Milton, Ontario, L9T 6Z5. 3. It is an offence under the Building Code Act to commence construction without a building permit. The Town of Milton vigorously prosecutes contraventions of the Building Code Act. Any owner, contractor and subcontractor who contravene the Building Code Act may be charged with an offence and prosecuted by the Town. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Please refer to the s Guidelines for detailed submittal requirements and process guidelines. The Site Plan Application will not be considered complete and consequently not be processed without submission of the following documents: (1) Application Form with all applicable sections completed and signed (original signatures required). (2) Pre-Application Form completed/signed by staff during the pre-application meeting. (3) Cover Letter outlining the details of proposal plus any related planning applications (e.g. Subdivision application, Zoning By-Law Amendment application, Committee of Adjustment for Variance, etc). (4) Application Fees are to be submitted at time of application for the, Region of Halton and Conservation Authority (if applicable). Separate cheques to be made payable to each respective agency are to be submitted along with the application to the. (5) Electronic Documentation of all documents and drawings are to be submitted in pdf format along with two (2) compact discs. (6) Drawings and Reports: Submit the quantities of drawings, documents and reports as noted in the table below. All drawings, including floor plans and building elevations are to be folded.
