12 Mobile Work Order Execution

13 Mobile WO Execution- Customer Value Compensate for deficiencies in the CMMS. Improved Material Coordination: Material Reservations from a mobile environment enables customers to increase wrench time by allowing parts to be ordered remotely and either delivered by a parts runner or picked up when order is ready instead of waiting for materials to be picked. Improved Planning: IntelaTrac enables Intelligent workflow (e.g. Decisions, Conditional Tasks, Dynamic Limits/Actions, etc.) Attachment of Digital copies of all relevant Manuals, Guides and Procedures to be used on the mobile computer. 14 Mobile WO Execution- Customer Value Compensate for deficiencies in the CMMS. Improved Scheduling: IntelaTrac Schedule Manager provides workload balancing metrics to help ensure resources are not being overloaded. Additionally, more accurate job completion times enable Planners to more accurately estimate durations based upon historical WO data. Increased Field Supervision: IntelaTrac enables procedural enforcement, data visibility at a granular level, and ed exception reporting. This enables current Supervisors to work more efficiently thus reducing the need to add additional headcount. Decreased Travel: Mobile environment allows Mechanics to have all relevant reference materials at their fingertips including, trendable historical data of all tasks within the repair/pm procedure. Additionally, several WOs can be made available to Mechanics on the mobile allowing them to change to a different WO if the equipment they are supposed to work on is unavailable. New WOs can be sent to the mobile while Mechanic is in the field. Measure Progress: IntelaTrac provides consistent and accurate updates of WO history information to the CMMS. Additionally, the granular data that is only available in IntelaTrac can be; Integrated into other 3rd party systems Trended Reported on (Exception, Compliance, Bad Actors, etc.) Slide 14

16 SAP Work Order Execution The PM Operation can be associated to a Checklist Procedure in IntelaTrac. By associating Procedures with SAP Operations, you combine the rich user experience of an IntelaTrac round with existing SAP WO Infrastructure. Slide 16

17 SAP Work Order Execution 1. Work Center Determines which Role the dynamically created IntelaTrac round will be scheduled to. 2. Schedule Start Determines when the Work Order will be scheduled in IntelaTrac for completion. 3. Actual Start/End- Data is captured on Mobile computer in IntelaTrac and later sent back to SAP as an update. 4. Equipment Defines the Asset that will be associated to the Work Order that is dynamically created in IntelaTrac. Slide 17

Work Start/End User enters Actual Start/End Times on Mobile computer. This can be different than Actual Start/End times. SAP is updated upon the next Mobile synchronization. Custom Fields. Custom fields and enhancements can also be updated.

20 Invensys Lubrication Management System The LMS is being designed to allow technicians the ability to Prioritize, Collect, and Document Lubrication PMs in an efficient and logical format. Slide 20

22 Step 1 Prioritize Activities The flow of work will start with the LMS having the ability to prioritize specific lubrication activities along with their assigned assets. The prioritization process is to remain dynamic having the ability to update automatically based on completed activities and conditional based findings. Priorities will be based on but not limited to the following criteria: Equipment Criticality Calendar/Run Based Timing since last activity Criticality of Activity Overdue Task Priority Progression Slide 22
