His team at Survival Strategies has trained and consulted over 4500 business owners and their staff assisting them to flourish and move into higher states of prosperity. Craig is a founding member of the Hubbard College of Administration International, is a Certified Consultant and Trainer licensed by WISE International and is a graduate of the Hubbard Organization Executive Course. He is the recipient of the WISE Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution and impact in bringing sanity to the business world and has been recognized by the Professional Consultants Association, the PT Alliance for Quality, and the Advance News Magazine s Support of Excellence in Private Practice. Patrick Valtin has traveled in more than 30 countries over the last 20 years and has trained more than 85,000 people in the areas of recruitment, sales, marketing, Human Resources Development, organization and leadership. Patrick was an Int l Business consultant for the Belgian government between 1986 and Looking for an effective way to help small business owners, he then started U-MAN Belgium in The company soon became a leader in its field and remains today the biggest training company for small businesses in the country. In the last 22 years Patrick has made clients and seminar attendees from every imaginable industry, from growing businesses to multi-national corporations (USPS, Ford Motors, GM Motors, BMW, Renault, Mercedes, Toyota, Motorola, AIG, IBM, Remax, Century 21, ATT Canon, France Telecom, Hotels Accor, etc.) An MBA from the Moore Business School, USC in 1982 (Master of international Business Studies), Patrick Valtin also graduated from the Hubbard Organization Executive Course in 1992, a specialized course for consulting business owners and executives of small-to-medium sized companies.

8 Rafferty Pendery is an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He started his first company at the age of 11 and has not lost his love of business since. Working on projects with NASA and the Canadian Space Agency and coauthoring research papers on using online technology to create public awareness and participation with analog research projects earned him a spot as being one of the youngest members of the prestigious Explorers Club. He founded an online marketing firm 10 years ago which has serviced a wide range of businesses ranging from small and mid-sized companies to Fortune 500 s. Through acquisitions and creation of new ventures he now owns a group of 6 companies with staff and clients all over the world. His companies have done work for brands such as: Time Warner, Ashley Furniture, Super Shuttle, Red Bull, Hilton, Humana, Double Tree, Mizuno, HP and many more. He is an international speaker who has helped thousands of businesses around the world with organization, expansion strategies, social media and online PR and marketing. In addition to being a PT and owner of Panetta Physical Therapy with 3 locations on Long Island, Christina Panetta is a regular contributor to the Survival Strategies convention organizing the Roundtable Panel, she is the Exec Dir of the Dream Team, a Power of Choice Club member, and is an Executive member of the Try PT First campaign. Christina does a ton of volunteer work in the community and is widely known as the driving force behind the expansion of PT in Haiti. She is the recipient of the Stony Brook University's 21st Annual School of Health Technology and Management Outstanding Alumni Award & the Hands on Diagnostics Practice of the Year Award. Paul Silovsky is Founder & President of Rebound Physical Therapy in Topeka KS. With over 25 years in practice and specializing in orthopedic, sports medicine rehab, sport speed development and performance enhancement for golfers. Paul is a regular contributor to the outreach actions of Survival Strategies, holding weekly webinars to introduce private practice owners to the tools he has found so workable. In addition, Paul is a member of the Power of Choice Club and is the Chairman of the Survival Strategies Advisory Board. A member of the APTA, the KS PT Association, Paul has been on the KSPT Legislative Committee and is a Topeka Chamber of Commerce member.
