1 Form Regional Arts NSW invites artists and arts groups from regional NSW to participate in a curated, indoor Art Fair as part of ARTLANDS DUBBO The Art Fair is a market style event and a significant component of this 4 day national conference and arts festival celebrating Australian regional arts and culture. The Art Fair is an opportunity for a limited number of select artisans from across regional NSW to display and sell their work to keen arts consumers from all over Australia. ARTLANDS DUBBO 2016 expects more than 800 artists and arts workers to converge on the City of Dubbo in the Central West region of NSW for this event. In addition to delegates, the Art Fair will be open to the general public. DETAILS AT A GLANCE Opening times: ARTLANDS Art Fair will be open for sales Saturday 29 October 12noon to 5pm Sunday 30 October 12noon to 4.00pm Location: Centenary Pavilion, Dubbo Showground, corner Fitzroy and Wingewarra Streets, Dubbo Cost: Individual Artist $ incl GST Group $ incl GST Each stall will include the following: Individuals One (1) trestle table, One (1) chair, backboard, access to power Groups Two (2) trestle tables, Two (2) chairs, backboard, access to power Promotion: The ARTLANDS Art Fair will be promoted widely through the ARTLANDS DUBBO marketing campaign as an integral part of the overall event. It will include: Signage at the venue A listing in the program as an ARTLANDS Art Fair stall holder A listing on the ARTLANDS DUBBO 2016 website Inclusion in all relevant ARTLANDS DUBBO 2016 marketing campaigns 1 P age

2 APPLICATIONS This form must be completed by individuals or groups wishing to be considered for a stall at the ARTLANDS Art Fair. The application is open to artists from regional NSW. Aboriginal artists are encouraged to apply. All applicants are required to demonstrate artistic quality and craftsmanship and be market ready. Spaces are limited and applications will be assessed by a panel. Stallholders should note the audience will be a diverse group of state, national and international visitors who are interested in original, well-crafted works from regional NSW artists that can easily be transported by travellers. Public Liability Public and Product Liability insurance to a minimum of A$10 million must be taken out by each exhibitor at their own expense. A copy of the individual s/ or organisation s public and product liability certificate must be submitted to Regional Arts NSW at the time of submitting this form. Applications that do not include a current certificate of insurance will be deemed ineligible. Regional Arts NSW may use these images for promotion of the event. Include captions including title or description of the work, artists and photographer. 5 ARTLANDS Art Fair Booking Terms and Conditions Where appropriate, Goods & Services Tax (GST) is applicable to all goods and services offered by Regional Arts NSW and all prices in this document are inclusive of the GST. GST is calculated at the date of publication of this document. Regional Arts NSW reserves the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any movements in the legislated rate of the GST. 1. Stallholder applications will only be assessed on receipt of a signed Booking Form and Booking Terms & Conditions. An letter will be provided to successful applicants to confirm the booking, together with a tax invoice for the required payment. The payment is payable 30 days from the date of the tax invoice. All payments are due in full by 31 July, All monies are payable in Australian dollars. Cheques should be made payable to Regional Arts NSW and must be drawn on an Australian bank. 3. All monies due and payable must be received (and cheques cleared) by Regional Arts NSW prior to the event. No organisation will be listed as an ARTLANDS Art Fair stall holder in any official material until full payment and a booking form have been received by Regional Arts NSW. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, a service fee of 50% of total fees applies for cancellations prior to 30 June No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date and full payment will be required. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment being made, the appropriate cancellation fee will be applicable and Regional Arts NSW will issue an invoice which will be payable within seven (7) days. 5. No ARTLANDS Art Fair stall holder shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their stall except upon prior written consent of Regional Arts NSW. 6. Public and Product Liability insurance to a minimum of A$10 million must be taken out by each exhibitor at their own expense. A copy of the individual s/ or organisation s public and product liability certificate must be submitted to Regional Arts NSW at the time of submitting this form. 7. Regional Arts NSW reserve the right to rearrange the floor plan and / or relocate any ARTLANDS Art Fair stand without notice. Regional Arts NSW will not discount or refund for any facilities not used or required. 8. If the ARTLANDS Art Fair stall holder intends to install a custom built stall, Regional Arts NSW must be advised and such advice must include full details and stand dimensions. This information must be received no later than 30 June All display construction requires the approval of Regional Arts NSW and venue management. A pro rata fee will apply if any construction occupies space outside the specified space as indicated on the floor plan. 9. Privacy Statement YES I consent to my details being shared with suppliers and contractors of the event to assist with my participation, being included in participant lists and for the information distribution in respect to other relevant events organised by ARTLANDS DUBBO 2016 and Regional Arts NSW. 10. By participating in the Art Fair you agree to do so at your own risk and to exonerate ARTLANDS DUBBO, associated organisations and Regional Arts NSW against all claims which may be brought in respect of any injury or loss sustained due to alleged liability or otherwise. 11.
