1 Church Development Survey The Church Development Survey developed by WIA is designed to foster greater personal awareness and organizational health in the local church. It is based on the field experience and research that has clearly identified certain characteristics that are evident in churches across America regardless of denomination or size. To complete our sample "Church Development Survey", please fill out the following fields and submit your payment. Should you like our instrument you may contact WIA to orer a branded survey for your congregation.
