1 BANQUET ROOM DETAILS The banquet room can accommodate up to 100 people. All tables will be covered and dressed with white-colored linen (other linen colors are available for an additional charge). Unless otherwise noted, there is no time limit for the use of the banquet room. For your audio entertainment you are welcome to hire a private D.J. or bring in your own music to play off your electronic device (please test compatibility at least a couple of days before your party). You may also set up your own video or slide show presentation. You are welcome to decorate the banquet room, but we ask that you do not use nails, thumbtacks, or permanent tape. In case you plan to have centerpieces on the table, please consider that your entrées will be served in the center of the table. Also we ask that you remove all decorations at the conclusion of your party. Please let us know if you require a separate cake table and/or gift table. All entrées are party-sized and served in the center of the table, meant to be shared (family-style) by each person seated at that table. Each table in your party would have the same, identical menu. Please let us know in advance if a separate vegetarian table or children s table is needed. Although the final menu would consist of items of your choice, we have put together a list of SAMPLE menus to give you an idea of what type of food items you would get for a particular price. Again, the menu items in the menu samples are completely changeable at your discretion, so making changes from a sample menu may change the price of the menu. Note: The prices of the sample menus do NOT include ANY beverages, tax, or 18% gratuity. Tax and 18% gratuity will be added to your final bill. Please let us know if you would like alcoholic beverages added to your final bill, or paid separately by the individual who is ordering (cash bar). Upon your approval of a final menu, a deposit of $ is due in order to secure your reservation. Your deposit is FULLY refundable if your reservation is cancelled two weeks (or more) BEFORE your reservation date.
