1 SalesScreen (Version 2.0) The SalesScreen is designed to help managers / recruiters make an informed decision about the suitability of a particular candidate seeking employment in a sales environment. As such, the SalesScreen highlights each candidate s inherent strengths and growth opportunities as they pertain to success in a competitive sales role, allowing for strategic placement, selection, and coaching decisions to be made in an informed manner. 3 CHARACTER TRAITS PERSONALITY Prospecting Potential (Enterprising Potential): Self-management; Initiating/responding; Ability to organize, and monitor results. >10 Excellent - Good self-manager; some balance towards following a process.
