1 Forerunner School of Ministry- Justin Callies 1 I. Introduction A. There is a broad 2 fold action plan of God in bringing forth Isaiah 62: Global worship and prayer movement. 2. Fullness of the gentiles provoking Israel to jealousy through intercession that releases global outpouring of the spirit like never before. Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;... B. Part 1 a worldwide/global worship and prayer movement. Isaiah 62:6-7 I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent, 7 And give Him no rest till He establishes And till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth. 1. God himself is setting watchmen (prophetic music and Intercession) on a global wall of intercession. It's for Jerusalem's sake Isaiah 62: They have been divinely commissioned to pray night and day. a. God charges his set watchmen to persevere in prayer until. Luke 18:7-8 7 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? 8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth? 3. God's solution to our global crisis (conflict in nations with Israel) is to raise up night and day prayer that doesn't cease until Jerusalem becomes a praise in the earth. Do you understand what God's inviting you into? a. God is raising up a global concert of intercession to carry his heart for Israel to stand with her as the nations rage against and try to destroy her. b. Jerusalem becomes a praise in the earth when Jesus returns. 4. Our great goal is to see Jesus return and dwell with him forever (even if you don't know it) but before that goal can come to pass God's goal/dream for Jerusalem must come to pass; our dream is only fulfilled as his dream is fulfilled.

God has built into the gospel of the Kingdom that his dream becomes our dream and we partner with him as the gentile nations in his purpose for the Jew and the Gentile to become one new man in unity forever. Ephesians 2:15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, C. Central to our prophetic history as a movement is the commission to pray for Israel. 1.Mike Bickle met Bob Jones on March 7, He said, You are an intercessor and youth pastor. You will lead a worldwide youth movement of singers and musicians that will be used in power evangelism that will mobilize prayer for Israel and receive abundant grace in the prophetic and intercession. D. Bob said, This movement will have an intercessory ministry like Harry Truman who was a political intercessor for Israel. This movement will be spiritual intercessors for Israel. The Lord will place you next to Truman as a prophetic sign. He will set you in Grandview to give a grand view of the kingdom of God (through media). Truman helped to establish the state of Israel in May Many OT prophecies make it clear that Israel would once again dwell in their own land in the end times (after being out of it for 2,000 years). No nation has ever returned to their homeland after being out of it for one generation. Truman stood against much resistance in the USA government and the UN by insisting on a homeland for Israel. Bob told me our most significant impact would be in mobilizing intercessors for Israel. We are praying to mobilize 100 million intercessors for Israel through many ministries working together. E. On January 27, 2008, IHOP KC purchased the 125 acres that Harry S. Truman had sold to a Jewish family exactly fifty years earlier on January 27, This is a prophetic sign to IHOP KC. As Bob left that day, he gave me the same four prophetic words that Augustine had told me in October God confirmed Bob Jones prophetic role on March 21, I met with Bob Jones and Art Katz together at my house from 9:00pm until 4:00am. The snow came as a prophetic sign. F. Part 2 of God's action plan is to bring a fullness to the gentiles that provokes Israel to jealousy. Romans 11:25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in.

3 Forerunner School of Ministry- Justin Callies 3 G. The fullness of the gentiles comes forth in 2 broad ways seen as quantitatively and qualitatively neither one separate from the other. 1. Quantitatively the gospel of the Kingdom going forth in all the nations. Matthew 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Revelation 14:6 Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people. 2. This is the Apostolic Gospel of the Kingdom going forth in every nation the way Jesus and the early Apostles released it. a. It's not just the gospel of salvation, it's the gospel of the Kingdom. Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. H. We are given insight into how the qualitative aspect of the gospel of the Kingdom will come forth from Ephesians 4. Ephesians 4:10-13 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.) 11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 1. We must understand this qualitative aspect of the gospel of the Kingdom for 2 reasons. The Holy Spirit is really emphasizing this. a. One: because if the gospel that we proclaim isn't the one seen in the bible it's not the gospel of the Kingdom. b. The gospel of salvation doesn't fulfill Matthew 24:14 and Jesus won't return. 1 Corinthians 2:2-5 For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. 3 I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. 4 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human [a] wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

Two: The gospel that goes forth must be one that provokes Israel to jealousy. Romans 10:19... I will rouse your jealousy through people who are not even a nation. I will provoke your anger through the foolish Gentiles. (NLT) Romans 11: I am saying all this especially for you Gentiles. God has appointed me as the apostle to the Gentiles. I stress this, 14 for I want somehow to make the people of Israel jealous of what you Gentiles have, so I might save some of them.(nlt) 2. At the heart of the gospel of the Kingdom is understanding God's heart for Israel. If the gospel that you know doesn't have God's plan for Israel in it then it's not the gospel of the Kingdom. V. Wrapping it All Up. A. God's 2 fold plan is to raise up a global prophetic worship and prayer movement that prays for the outpouring of the spirit, fullness of the gentiles and salvation of Israel. B. God's going to restore the 5 fold ministry (Eph4). Which becomes a container for the outpouring of the spirit. C. Pour out his spirit on all flesh. 1. Which will release the apostolic gospel throughout the nations 2. That will bring in the fullness of the gentiles provoke Israel to jealousy and usher in the return of Christ. D. What we are doing here has massive implications. 1. We are partnering with God in his divine mandate as watchmen set on the wall by God to pray until Jerusalem becomes a praise in all the earth. VI. When will Jesus return? (a:when Israel welcomes Jesus as their Messiah) Matthew 22:39 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! 38 See! Your house is left to you desolate; 39 for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD! C. When will Israel welcome Jesus as their Messiah? (a: When the gospel of the Kingdom is released in the nations in power that provokes Israel to jealousy to want their inheritance from the Messiah and as the gentile church stands with Israel in persecution.).
