3 Space Needs Study Meet with the building committee to develop a realistic building program for the town hall and police departments. SCOPE OF STUDY Scenario One: Renovate Existing Town Hall (1610 Middle Street) Architectural, structural, and environmental analysis of the existing town hall at 1610 Middle Street. Develop a conceptual design for the existing town hall. Develop a preliminary cost analysis for renovating the existing town hall. Scenario Two: New Town Hall and Police (Town-owned Property) Develop a site plan for a new town hall and police building at town property. Develop a conceptual design for a new town hall and police building. Develop a preliminary cost analysis for a new town hall and police building. Scenario Three: Purchase and Renovate Post Exchange Building (1714 Middle Street) Architectural, structural, environmental, and HVAC analysis of the former Post Exchange Building at 1714 Middle Street. Develop a conceptual design for converting the existing building. Develop a preliminary cost analysis for renovating the building. Develop pros and cons for each scenario
