Transcription

1 Engineer (ACMV) Assist Facilities Manager in liaising with client on all ACMV works To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are manage by a team of technical officers and technicians efficiently. Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works Responsible for the daily AC thermal comfort are within acceptable limit. Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation. Provide excellent service to meet client expectations. Providing feasible solution and coordinate with owners / users, consultants, vendors / contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved. Conduct regular inspection of existing air-con system to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines. To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures. Liaise with contractors for rectification and/or ad-hoc works Investigate, analyse and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively Prepare technical reports and proposals on breakdowns Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other Engineering equivalent; 3-5 Years of experience in ACMV Trade or Facilities Management; Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults; and Good communication skills and positive mind set. Open to Fresh graduate who are willing to learn

2 Engineer (Building) Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities Leads a team of technical officers/technicians in trouble shooting, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance work Responsible for project cost control and service standards Responsible for one or more of the building systems including air conditioning, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, mechanical, electrical and associated systems in facilities maintenance management. Implement good engineering practices including quality, environment, health and safety when supervising the technical staff. To provide feasible solution and co-ordinate with owners, contractors/vendors and users on engineering functional requirements and to ensure the objectives are achieved. Review and implement areas of continuous improvements. Possesses a recognized Degree in Building Services or Facilities Management discipline; Able to work independently and possesses good interpersonal skills; Preferably at least 3 years of relevant building, facilities & management experience; The candidate should be self-driven, resourceful, multi-tasking and a good team player; and Take ownership of assignments and manage operation assigned with good leadership attributes. Open to Fresh graduate who are willing to learn

3 Engineer (Electrical) Manage and lead a team of technical officers, supervisors, technicians and contractors in facility management and operation of assigned buildings/estates Plan and execution of corrective or preventive maintenance programme. Implement efficiency improvement on the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation. Provide excellent service to meet client expectations. Achieve effective, economic and safe operations of all Electrical Services' equipment and system by the team of technical officers and technicians. Providing feasible solutions and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved. Conduct regular inspection of existing Electrical installation to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines. To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures. Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager. Possess at least a Degree in Electrical Engineering; Must have 3 years of related working experience in in Electrical maintenance work or Facilities Management; Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences; Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills; Good communication skills both verbal and written; Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure; Service orientated mind-set; Possess high level of initiative and integrity; Possess strong leadership quality, good planning and organizing ability; Provide guidance and troubleshoot Electrical Services' faults; and LEW qualification is an added advantage. 4 Engineer (Mechanical) Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs Investigate, analyse and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works Plan and develop the technical officer skills Assist the Facilities Manager in liaising with client for all works related to the system incharge Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years experience; Good communication skills, positive mind-set, hardworking and able to multi-task; Customer service oriented mind-set; Be safety conscious; and Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD. Open to Fresh graduate who are willing to learn

5 Engineer (Rail) Lead a team to perform testing and commissioning of signalling system, communication system and train-borne equipment. Assist/support Project Manager in meeting contractual, technical and project completion milestones within budget and on time. Develop and review technical document such as method statement and risk assessment in accordance with tender specification, safety requirements and contractual requirement of all clients. Responsible for all site activities, coordination and supervision works. Provide technical guidance and advice to installation team to ensure the quality of works and installation method according to good engineering practices. Liaise with consultant, clients, authorities and contractors. Comply with company regulations and work practices at all times; ensure all the project activities meet legal and statutory requirement in technical aspect. Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects. Minimum a recognized Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience; Ability to understand electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical assembly drawing and troubleshooting of installed system will be an added advantage; Self-motivated, hand-on and passionate with strong analytical skills to work in a dynamic environment; Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Willing to perform ad-hoc night duties during the non-passenger service hours; Good interpersonal and communication (both written & verbal) skills; Good track record in completed MRT projects; and Overseas travel for assignments may be required. Open to Fresh graduate who are willing to learn

Preparation of tender scope of works schedule / checklist. Preparation of Pre-Tender Executive Summary information. Any other Business development related works that is delegated as and when required. Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews. Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent. Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
