Consider authorizing Allegheny City Electric to install two (2) 1-inch conduits from inground junction boxes located at the Deck Hockey Court Light Pole H2 and stub up by the scorekeeper s box to provide access for power and scoreboard data for any future Deck Hockey Scoreboard at a total cost of $ [ACTION ITEM] Mr. President, I move to authorize Allegheny City Electric to install two (2) 1-inch conduits from in-ground junction boxes located at the Deck Hockey Court Light Pole H2 and stub up by the scorekeeper s box to provide access for power and scoreboard data for any future Deck Hockey Scoreboard at a total cost of $ e. Consider Change Order No. 1 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the removal of the asphalt drive to a specified point and level area at the side of the new football field, install 3 yard drains and approximately 200 lf of 6-inch pipe and connecting to existing basin, and seeding the entire area to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $12, [ACTION ITEM]. Mr. President, I move to approve Change Order No. 1 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the removal of the asphalt drive to a specified point and level area at the side of the new football field, install 3 yard drains and approximately 200 lf of 6-inch pipe and connecting to existing basin, and seeding the entire area to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $12,

Consider Change Order No. 2 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the repaving of approximately 495 square yards of the asphalt walkway along the new baseball fields to the Radisson Road to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $31, [ACTION ITEM]. Mr. President, I move to approve Change Order No. 2 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the repaving of approximately 495 square yards of the asphalt walkway along the new baseball fields to the Radisson Road to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $31, g. Consider Change Order No. 3 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the removal of the existing fencing and installing 418 feet of 6-foot and 48-feet of 15-foot black vinyl coated fence on the lower field next to the drainage swale to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $20, [ACTION ITEM]. Mr. President, I move to approve Change Order No. 3 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the removal of the existing fencing and installing 418 feet of 6-foot and 48-feet of 15-foot black vinyl coated fence on the lower field next to the drainage swale to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $20, h. Consider Change Order No. 4 associated with Phase I Park Renovations associated with the repairing and seeding of the Radisson Baseball Field to Vento Landscaping & Construction, Inc. at total cost of $1, [ACTION ITEM]. Consider changing the color of the Deck Hockey Rink from previously approved Evergreen to Steel Blue. [No Cost to the Borough for this change.] [ACTION ITEM] Mr. President, I move to approve the changing of the color of the Deck Hockey Rink from previously approved Evergreen to Steel Blue. Sauers & Associates for additional services associated with Design and Construction Administration of the Phase I and Phase II Park Renovations projects for out of scope work including but not limited to the design of one larger baseball field and then back to two smaller baseball fields, coordination with BAA and Musco Lighting as the result of adding the lights to the Football Field, Baseball Field, and Deck Hockey Area, as well as the attending of additional meetings at a fee of $8, [ACTION ITEM] Mr. President, I move to approve the request from J.
