2 Roy O. Martin Profit Sharing & Supplemental Savings Plan NOTICE OF AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT The Roy O. Martin Profit Sharing & Supplemental Savings Plan includes an automatic enrollment feature that makes it easy for you to participate in the Plan. This notice describes your rights related to this feature. Contributions When you are hired, you receive this notice prior to or upon your eligibility to participate in the Plan and on an annual basis thereafter. You are automatically enrolled at a pretax contribution rate of 1% and an after-tax contribution rate of 1% (total of 2%) of your eligible pay unless you elect not to participate or elect to contribute at a different rate. Your Plan s Summary Plan Description ( SPD ) will define the type of compensation included in eligible pay for the contributions you make to the Plan. This information may be included in the definitions section of the SPD or in the section that describes the contributions you can make to the Plan. You have the right to change your contribution rate and contribute more, less or nothing to the Plan. Your contributions to the Plan are automatically taken out of your pay and contributed to your account. Your pretax contributions and any employer contributions will be subject to income tax only when withdrawn. This helpful tax rule is a reason to save for retirement through the Plan. You are eligible to contribute 75% of your eligible pay on a pretax and/or after-tax basis to the Plan, up to a maximum dollar amount allowed by law. If you are age 50 or older, you may be eligible to make pretax catch-up contributions beyond these limits up to the maximum annual catch-up contribution amount. If you are eligible, the company will match the pretax contributions you make under the Plan up to 4% of your eligible pay and may also contribute an additional amount. Your Plan s SPD explains eligibility for company contributions. You will not receive company contributions if you do not contribute to the Plan. Although you are automatically enrolled at the Plan s default contribution rate, you have the right to contribute more, less or nothing to the Plan, subject to maximum limits. To change your contribution rate or stop making contributions, contact the Human Resources Department at your work location. Investments The Plan lets you invest your account in a number of different funds. If you have not made investment elections, your contributions are invested in the Plan s default fund(s). For the 401(k) portion of your account, the default fund is the American Century Strategic Alloc Moderate-Inv. For the 401(a) portion of your account, the default fund is the Mixed Asset Fund. Refer to the enclosed Default Investment Notice for more details about the default fund(s) and how to change your investments. Vesting and Withdrawals Your own contributions are always 100% vested. You will be fully vested in company contributions when you complete six years of service. For more information about vesting and years of service, review the Plan s SPD. There are limits on when you may withdraw from the Plan. These limits may be important to you in deciding how much, if any, to contribute to the Plan. Generally, you may only withdraw after you terminate employment or become disabled. Hardship withdrawals are not permitted under the Plan. Loans are available to eligible participants on a limited basis from the 401(a) portion of your account. Your beneficiary will receive any vested amount remaining in your account when you die.

Box 1110 Alexandria, LA Section 404(c) The following describes important information regarding Section 404(c) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Please review this information carefully. To the extent possible, your retirement savings plan is intended to comply with Section 404(c). This means that if you direct the investment of your retirement savings plan accounts, plan fiduciaries, including your employer, may not be responsible for any losses relating to your investment choices. Because you are permitted to direct the investment of your retirement savings plan accounts, you are being provided with this information and the other materials in this guide to help you make informed investment decisions. Keep this information for future review when making changes in your investments. Investment Choices There are three investment options in the 401(a) part of the plan. 1. Mixed Asset Fund- Default investment. This fund is comprised of approximately 60% equities and 40% bonds and cash. The investment seeks long-term capital growth with some regular income. Management diversifies the equity investments among small, medium and large companies. It invests the bond portion in investment-grade securities. 2. Bond Fund- This fund seeks to provide high total return consistent with moderate risk of capital and maintenance of liquidity by investing primarily in fixed-income securities. This fund will also invest in U.S. government and treasury securities when it is prudent to do so. 3. Cash Fund- This fund seeks to provide current income consistent with preservation of capital and maintenance of liquidity. The fund will pursue this goal by investing in U.S. government and treasury securities. Making Investment Choices You can select or change the investment of your 401(a) account balance on a quarterly basis. For instance, if you let your contributions be deposited into the default investment, you may choose to transfer the balance out of that fund at a later date. You may transfer into another investment only at the beginning of a calendar quarter (January 1 st, April 1 st, July 1 st or October 1 st ). There are no redemption fees or other restrictions associated with transfers out of the fund. Martin Profit Sharing & Supplemental Savings Plan revised 3/31/14 Voting Rights Generally, any voting rights regarding the investment choices offered in your retirement savings plan will be exercised by the plan trustee, as directed by your employer. Fees and Expenses Retirement plans have different types of fees and expenses. Please keep in mind that fees are subject to change. Investment fees: Each investment has a fee associated with it to cover the cost of managing the investments. The fee is generally taken as a percentage of money invested and is shown as a gross expense ratio. A gross expense ratio represents the total fees you may pay as an investor in that fund. It is shown as a percentage of assets in the fund and reduces the rate of return of the fund. For more information about investment fees and expenses, see the Your Investment Choices section or access your account. Advisory fees: Advisory fees are paid to a financial advisor for making investment decisions on behalf of a client. Advisory fees are shown as a percentage of assets in the fund and reduce the rate of return of the fund. Administrative fees: These fees cover the cost of administering and servicing the plan, which could include recordkeeping, auditing, legal and trustee/custodial expenses. There are no administrative fees charged to participants. Expenses associated with the administration of the plan are fully paid by the Plan Sponsor. Participant fees: An individual participant fee is charged separately to the accounts of individuals who choose to take advantage of a particular plan service. There are no individual participant fees associated with the 401(a) portion of the Plan.

7 Investment Goals Cash and Cash Alternatives JPM Managed Income This investment seeks to protect principal from market fluctuations and produce relatively predicatable returns. Bonds JPM Short Duration Bond Fund The investment seeks current income consistent with preservation of capital through investment in high- and medium-grade fixed income securities. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in bonds. It may principally invest in U.S. treasury obligations, U.S. government agency securities, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, mortgage-related securities, and structured instruments. The effective average weighted maturity ordinarily will be three years or less. Securities purchased by the fund will be rated investment grade (or the unrated equivalent) at the time of purchase. JPM Strategic Income Fund The investment seeks to provide high total return. The fund attempts to achieve a positive total return in diverse market environments over time. It may invest in a wide range of debt securities of issuers from the U.S. and other markets, both developed and emerging, as well as derivatives. Although the fund may invest up to 100% of total assets in junk bonds if deemed advantageous by the adviser given current market conditions at the time of investment, it generally invests at least 25% of total assets in securities that, at the time of purchase, are rated investment-grade or better or the unrated equivalent. Managed Fixed Income The investment seeks current income consistent with preservation of capital through investment in high- and medium-grade fixed income securities. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in bonds. It may principally invest in U.S. treasury obligations, U.S. government agency securities, corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, mortgage-related securities, and structured instruments. The effective average weighted maturity ordinarily will be ten years or less. Securities purchased by the fund will be rated investment grade (or the unrated equivalent) at the time of purchase. Fixed Income (High Yield) US Stock Funds Vanguard Specialized Healthcare The investment seeks to maximize total return, which consists of income and capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets in High Yield Debt Securities which include fixed income securities rated below investment grade (or, if unrated, of equivalent quality as determined by the manager). Duration is typically under 5 years. This fund seeks long term capital appreciation by picking stocks of healthcare companies in the United States and abroad. It seeks diversification across industry subsectors and market capitalizations JPM Mid Cap Value Fund US Large Cap Stocks (Value), JPM Large Cap Core Fund, JPM Large Cap Growth Fund The investment seeks growth from capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of mid cap companies. Assets means net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. Mid cap companies are companies with market capitalizations between $1 billion and $20 billion at the time of purchase. In implementing its main strategies, the fund s investments are primarily in common stocks and real estate investment trusts (REITs). The investment seeks growth from capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of large cap companies. Assets means net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes. Large cap companies are companies with market capitalizations over $20 billion at the time of purchase. In implementing its main strategies, the fund s investments are primarily in common stocks and real estate investment trusts (REITs).

8 Investment Goals US Stock Funds (cont.) GS Contingent Buffered Notes This investment tracks the S&P 500 index using dervatives to buffer downside risk. The investment matures at the end of one year and is evaluated to determine return to investor. JPM Market Plus, BNP Market Plus, CS Market Plus This investment tracks the Eurostoxx 50 index using derivatives to buffer downside risk. The investment matures at the end of one year and is evaluated to determine return to investor. This investment has 30% downside protection. JPM US Small Company The investment seeks to provide high total return from a portfolio of small company stocks. The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of small-cap U.S. companies with market capitalizations similar to those within the universe of the Russell 2000 Index. It pursues returns that exceed those of the Russell 2000 Index while seeking to limit its volatility relative to this index. The fund primarily invests in common stocks and REITs. International Stock Funds Vanguard MSCI EM ETF Manning and Napier Fund Matthews Pacific Tiger Fund Dodge and Cox International Fund Columbia FDS The investment seeks to track the performance of a benchmark index that measures the investment return of stocks issued by companies located in emerging market countries. The fund employs an indexing investment approach by investing substantially all (normally about 95%) of its assets in the common stocks included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, while employing a form of sampling to reduce risk. The MSCI Emerging Markets Index includes approximately 820 common stocks of companies located in emerging markets around the world. The investment seeks to provide long-term growth by investing principally in the common stocks of companies located around the world. The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies from outside the United States. It may also invest in American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and other U.S. dollar denominated securities of foreign issuers. The fund may invest in stocks of small, large, or mid-size companies both in developed countries and in emerging market countries. The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in the common and preferred stocks of companies located in Asia Ex Japan, which consists of all countries and markets in Asia excluding Japan, but including all other developed, emerging, and frontier countries and markets in the Asian region. The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. It invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by non-us companies from at least 3 different countries, including emerging markets.
