3 G U I D E L I N E S - M E N U & G U E S T G U A R A N T E E S - To ensure the service that Lindey's is known for, we ask that all menu selections are made one week in advance of your event. We request a preset menu for parties exceeding 14 guests. For parties up to 30 guests, you may select two entrees for your guests to select from. For events exceeding 30 guests, we request the correct number of pre-ordered choices from at least 72 hours prior to the event. We ask that the final number of guests be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. This will be considered a guaranteed number and is not subject to reduction. - R O O M M I N I M U M S - Each private room has a food and beverage minimum that must be met to avoid a rental charge. Your Private Event Manager will be happy to discuss the food and beverage minimum for your event. - C A N C E L L A T I O N S - The postponement of arrangements for parties of 20 or more must occur at least 72 hours prior to the event to avoid any cancellation fees and associated costs. - M E N U S - We are happy to prepare specialty menus with your business logo or special greeting. - A U D I O V I S U A L - Lindey's features state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment. The rooms are equipped with either a flat screen television or a ceiling mounted projector and screen. Please inquire about pricing. - F L O R A L A R R A N G E M E N T S & S P E C I A LT Y C A K E S - We are happy to engage the services of a florist to create a particular floral theme. Specialty desserts may be brought in from outside vendors. A $1 fee per guest will be added to the final bill. We are happy to arrange a specialty cake for your event. - F E E S & P A Y M E N T S - Prices do not include a 20% service charge and applicable sales tax. Discounts and promotions do not apply to private events ( happy hour pricing, promotional gift cards, capa discount, etc ) All charges must be paid in full the day of the event ( all major credit cards are accepted ) - N O T I C E - Menu items, vintages and prices subject to change.
