Invitatin and registratin t attend the event Althugh this is a separate prcess t ldging yur visa applicatin, when assessing whether yu meet the criteria fr the grant f a visa the department may take int accunt whether yu are registered, r were invited, t attend the event. Cnfirmatin f registratin, r a cpy f yur letter f invitatin, shuld accmpany visa applicatins. Fr nline subclass 400 and subclass 600 applicatins, infrmatin abut dcuments that need t be attached will be prvided as part f the applicatin prcess. Cut-ff date fr ldging paper based applicatins All visitrs shuld apply fr a visa at least tw mnths prir t the intended date f departure, and fur mnths prir fr peple with character r health cncerns. Obligatins f visa hlders On arrival at Australia s brder yu must identify yurself, present yur travel dcuments, and cmplete an Incming Passenger Card (IPC). The IPC requires visitrs t declare their health status and any prir criminal cnvictins. If yu d nt meet immigratin clearance requirements, yu may be refused entry t Australia.
