2 wepresent Overview wepresent is a wireless presentation system that allows up to four users to simultaneously display content from their Windows/Mac computer, smartphone or tablet onto the in-room display. To use the wepresent, MirrorOp software needs to be installed on your device prior to connecting. This is a one-time installation. Once the software is successfully installed, simply launch the appropriate software and connect to the wepresent. Below is the main welcome screen which displays the following information: Hostname of the wepresent (ex: wp-buildingroom#). IP address of the wepresent. Access code (if applicable). Instructions to install and connect to the wepresent. 1 P age

3 Using wepresent with Windows or Mac laptop: Step 1: Install MirropOp Sender for Windows or Mac laptop Open a web browser and go to Download the applicable software for your operating system 2 P age

4 If you do not have administrator rights to install software on the computer you are using, you can launch a quick executable file by entering the wepresent hostname into a web browser (ex: BuildingRoom#.usask.ca). Click the download button to run a single executable file with no installation required. Step 2: Using wepresent with Windows or Mac laptop After you ve successfully installed the MirrorOp software, proceed with running the application. 3 P age

5 At the main screen, enter the hostname or IP address of the wepresent device you wish to connect to. 4 P age

6 Enter access code if applicable. This information is displayed on the monitor or projector that you are connecting to. Once successfully connected, press the button on the floating toolbar to share your desktop. You have the option to share full screen or select a quadrant to display to. To stop sharing, click the button located on the floating toolbar. To pause sharing, click the button located on the floating toolbar. 5 P age

7 Connecting with Android Step 1: Download the MirrorOp Presenter app from the Play Store. If you already have the app installed, proceed to the following step. Step 2: Launch the MirrorOp Presenter app. 6 P age

8 The home screen is customizable. You can manage which functions are available on the home screen by pressing the + button and modifying the functions required. Select the source you wish to share and press the button located at the bottom of your screen. Enter the hostname or IP address of the wepresent device you wish to connect to. This information is displayed on the projector or monitor that you are connecting to. 7 P age

9 Please note, Android will prompt you with the following No receivers found message. Simply press No and proceed with entering the hostname or IP address of the wepresent that you wish to connect to. Enter access code if applicable. This information is displayed on the monitor or projector that you are connecting to. 8 P age

10 Once connected, you have the option to share full screen or select a quadrant to display to. To stop sharing, click the button located at the bottom of your screen. 9 P age

11 Connecting with iphone/ipad Step 1: Download the MirrorOp Presenter app from the App Store. If you already have the app installed, proceed to the following step. 10 P age
