1 1. 5% Cash back with SpiceJet SBI Card Terms and Conditions a. The SBI Card Offer ( Offer ) from SBI Cards & Payment Services Private Ltd. ( SBICPSL ) is open to select residents of India holding a valid and current SpiceJet SBI Credit Card ( Card ) i.e. with no outstanding of more than 30 days. b. Under the program the cardholder will get 5% Cash Back on bookings of tickets (base fare+ surcharge+ taxes), booked directly on SpiceJet (through the call center and at airport ticketing counters) with SpiceJet SBI Card on all qualifying transactions. c. Under this program the Cardholder can avail 5% Cash Back subject to a maximum cash back amount of Rs. 1,250 in a statement cycle, on spends directly on SpiceJet with SpiceJet SBI Card. The cash back would reflect in the cardholder s subsequent monthly statement. d. To be eligible for Cash Back offer the cardholder needs to spend as per the communication by e. Offer is applicable only on spends directly on SpiceJet undertaken on SpiceJet SBI credit cards. The offer does not include spends on Fuel, ATM Cash Withdrawal, Easy Bill Pay, Balance Transfer, Encash and Easy Money draft (EMD) products for SpiceJet SBI Card. f. Under the program, each cardholder can avail a maximum of Rs. 1,250/- as Cash Back in a statement cycle as per the communication received. g. Cash Back offer is given only to the Cardholders who are eligible as a part the program on their SpiceJet SBI Card. Decision of SBICPSL about eligibility of cardholders is final and binding. h. Cash Back will be credited to the SpiceJet SBI Cardholder s account in their subsequent monthly statement. i. This Offer is a stand-alone Offer and the benefits offered under this Offer cannot be clubbed together and/or in any way be cumulated with any other offer of SBICPSL in any manner, or form. j. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBICPSL for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the cardholder and The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi and the language of arbitration shall be English. Existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against k. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a best effort basis. l. SBICPSL reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Offer at any time without prior notice. 2. Rs. 500 SpiceJet Discount Voucher a. This Offer is from SpiceJet Limited ( SpiceJet ) and SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Ltd. ( SBICPSL ) and is open to SBI SpiceJet credit cardholders who are residents of India and hold a valid and current SBI SpiceJet Credit Card ( Card ) i.e., with no outstanding of more than 30 days. b. The Programme contemplates availing of discount of Rs. 500 on return fare (to and fro) or on one-way travel made available by SpiceJet, to all SBI SpiceJet Cardholders with valid voucher code and numbers on all SpiceJet domestic flights.

2 c. The offer is valid for bookings and travel as specified in the voucher. d. The designated SBI SpiceJet cardholder can only avail the offer. Under no circumstances this offer may be availed more than once by any of the SBI SpiceJet Cardholders. e. If the offer amount is used partly the balance amount lapses. f. This voucher promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount which is already running with SpiceJet g. The voucher can only be redeemed by calling into the SpiceJet Guest Sales and Reservation Center h. Ticket booked under this offer will not be available during black-out dates as advised by SpiceJet. i. If the ticket is cancelled or changed, the voucher amount lapses and remaining amount is retained as a credit shell for upto 1 year and same can be used as payment for future travel by calling at SpiceJet Guest Sales and Reservation Center or is refundable on request. SpiceJet shall be solely responsible to address any issues arising thereof. j. SpiceJet shall also be responsible for sending acknowledgement to the Cardholders on confirmation of the booking as per the process. SBICPSL shall not be liable for the same in any condition whatsoever. k. SBICPSL will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality of services provided by SpiceJet. l. SBICPSL & SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change any of the terms m. Any disputes arising out of this Offer between Cardholder and SBICPSL shall be subject to amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed 3. Meal Vouchers a. The Programme contemplates availing of free meal made available by SpiceJet, to all SBI SpiceJet cardholders with valid voucher number and codes on all SpiceJet domestic flights. b. The voucher can only be redeemed by calling into the SpiceJet Guest Sales and Reservation Center c. The voucher can only be redeemed against free meal, and for one passenger for one way travel. d. The voucher can be utilized only if the tickets are booked with SpiceJet SBI Card & cardholder must be one of the passenger in the PNR booking. e. If the ticket is cancelled then the meal voucher lapses and same cannot be reused or is nonrefundable. f. This voucher promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount which is already running with SpiceJet g. SpiceJet shall also be responsible for providing the pre booked meal on board as per the process. h. SBICPSL will not accept any liability pertaining to the quality of services provided by SpiceJet. i. SBICPSL & SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change any of the terms j. Any disputes arising out of this Offer between Cardholder and SBICPSL shall be subject to

3 amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed 4. Excess Baggage Waiver Vouchers a. The Programme contemplates availing of waiver on excess baggage weight upto 5 Kgs. only on SpiceJet domestic flights. b. The voucher can only be redeemed by SpiceJet SBI Cardholder at the time of check-in at the airport only. c. The voucher will be redeemable with the excess baggage carriage on checked-in baggage only, and will not be redeemable towards Hand Baggage/ Sports Equipment or any other. d. One Voucher should be redeemed against one check-in. No two vouchers can be merged for a single travel. e. The voucher is non-transferrable and can be utilized by the SpiceJet SBI Cardholder only. f. If the voucher amount is used partly the balance amount lapses. g. This voucher promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/discount which is already running with SpiceJet h. SBI Cards will not accept any liability pertaining to the handling of baggage by SpiceJet. i. SBI Card& SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or change any of the terms j. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any statutory amendments carried thereof. Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by SBI Card for this purpose and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the cardholder and SBI Card. Rs SpiceJet Discount Voucher Spend Rs. 25,000 directly on SpiceJet (through the call center and at airport ticketing counters) with your SBI SpiceJet Card and get discount voucher worth Rs.1,000. a. This Offer is from SpiceJet Limited ( SpiceJet ) and SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Ltd. ( SBICPSL ) and is open to SBI SpiceJet credit cardholders who are residents of India and hold a valid and current SBI SpiceJet Credit Card ( Card ) i.e., with no outstanding of more than 30 days. b. The Programme contemplates availing of discount of Rs on return fare ticket (to and fro) made available by SpiceJet, to all SBI SpiceJet cardholders with valid voucher number and codes on all SpiceJet domestic flights. c. Rs. 500 SpiceJet Discount Voucher against Reward Point Redemption a. This Offer is from SpiceJet Limited ( SpiceJet ) and SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Ltd. ( SBICPSL ) and is open to SBI SpiceJet credit cardholders who are residents of India and hold a valid and current SBI SpiceJet Credit Card ( Card ) i.e., with no outstanding of more than 30 days. b. The Programme contemplates availing of discount of Rs. 500 on one way/ return travel made available by SpiceJet, to SBI SpiceJet cardholders against redemption of reward points with valid voucher number and codes on all domestic flights on SpiceJet Network. c. The voucher can only be redeemed by calling into the SpiceJet Guest Sales and Reservation Center d. The discount voucher can be utilized only if the tickets are booked by SpiceJet SBI Cardholder & the cardholder need not be the traveller. e. If the ticket is cancelled or changed, the voucher amount lapses and remaining amount is retained as a credit shell for upto 1 year and same can be used as payment for future travel by calling at SpiceJet Guest Sales and Reservation Center or is refundable on request. SpiceJet shall be solely responsible to address any issues arising thereof. f. If the offer amount is used partly the balance amount lapses g. Master Card Lounge Access a. The access to lounge will be available on first come first serve basis. b. The program is applicable in select Clipper & Plaza Premium Lounges in India. c. The program is applicable for select cardholders of banks participating in the Lounge Program d. Access at the lounge would be given upon successful authorization of the MasterCard card on the electronic terminals placed at the lounges. A charge-slip will be given to the cardholder in case of successful authorization granting access to the lounge. MasterCard does not assume responsibility for any technical problems leading to failure of authorization transactions e. An authorization for an amount (Rs 25/-) will be taken on the card for validation purposes only and it will not be charged to cardholder's account. In case of a debit card, the same will debited and then reversed depending on the policies of the participating bank. f. Program is open only for card holders carrying a valid MasterCard card issued in India. Only one entry per cardholder will be permitted. g. The lounge reserves the final right to admission in all circumstances. h. The program can be modified, amended, changed or revoked anytime by MasterCard without prior initmation. i. Neither MasterCard nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates nor MasterCard's member banks nor any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively the "Promoters") assume any responsibility for the products or services offered at the participating lounge. The products and services are sold or licensed or provided solely by the Merchant and the Promoters accept no liability whatsoever in connection with the products and services.

Reward Accrual The SpiceJet SBI cardholder shall earn 1 (one) Reward point for every eligible Rs. 100 charged to your Spicejet SBI Card for Domestic as well as International Transactions. All spending charged to the SBI Card under the Program will be eligible to earn Points except the following: - Balance Transfer - Cash Advances - Financial charges (E.g: Late Payment fee, dishonored Cheque Charges, service fee, transaction charges) - Disputed transactions - Any purchases at petrol pumps/service stations Points accumulated by a Cardholder on SpiceJet SBI Card cannot be combined or used in conjuction with points of his/her other SBI cards at the time of redemption or transferred to any other customer loyalty program unless otherwise notified by The points accrued do not have cash or any monetary value. B. Accelerated Reward Points: Accelerated Reward points stands for 4 Reward points per Rs 100 spent on the designated spend categories. The Accelerated Rewards Categories for SpiceJet SBI Card unless otherise intimated are: Departmental stores, Groceries. Spends made on any other category (as defined by Merchant Category code MCC) using SpiceJet SBI Card would not be entitled for Accelerated Rewards.The promoted categories defined from time to time shall have the same meaning as ascribed to the categories by Visa & Master Card under their respective Merchant Category Code (i.e)the franchisess have listed qualifying criteria for merchant establishments in order to qualify to be listed under a specific category (like department store, groceries etc). The merchant establishment

7 needs to have accordingly qualified and hence listed in the Promoted Category, in order for the transaction to be eligible for the Accelerated Reward Points. The sub categories and their respective MCCs under each of Promoted categories include the following: Departmental Stores and Groceries Duty free stores: 5309 Discount Stores: 5310 Departent Stores :5311 Grocery Stores & Supermarkets: 5411 Freezer, Locker,Meat Provisions:5422 Dairy Product Stores:5451 Wholesale Clubs: 530 Candy Nut & Confectionary stores:5441 Please note if a restaurant in a hotel is not listed /categorized in the above category, the spends in that restaurant will not be eligible for accelerated Reward Points. The Category of purchase will be decided on the basis of the Merchant Category Code (MCC) for the Merchant Establishment where the purchases are made. SBICPSL reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. C. Redemption Criteria The SpiceJet SBI Card must not be overdue, suspended, blocked, cancelled or terminated by SBICPSL at the time of the redemption request. The points accrued can be redeemed by the Primary Cardholder, and not by an additional Cardholder. The points may be redeemed for SpiceJet vouchers only The points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used to obtain cash advances, or used against payment of any charges incurred on the SpiceJet SBI Card. Value of each point is Rs Minimum Threshold for redemption: 1000 points. Points can be redeemed in multiples of 1000 only.
