As from 10 persons, we can propose you a catering offer of high quality, which you can compose amongst a selection of products, but we can also propose on simple request a fully personalised offer according to your taste or in function of your event! 6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Each order (for a minimum of 10 persons - sent by mail or by post) must be received 2 weeks prior to the event and must contain the following information: - number of passengers - seat information (correct coach and seat numbers) - name of the responsible of the journey and his/her mobile number - invoice address, intracommunity VAT number For larger groups (100 persons and more), the order must be received 40 days prior to the event. Price All prices mentioned in our offer are VAT excluded (VAT varies in function of the country of departure). Administration fee per train departure : 25. Final order Your order is considered final and definitive from the moment that the offer of services have been paid (7 days prior to the event) Cancelation Each order can be canceled without charges up to 7 days before departure of the train (for groups of 100 persons and more : one month before departure of the train) On board services The on board service performed by a steward/stewardess isn't included in the price: the worked hours must be paid.
