This service will be required if you are connecting your Telstra home phone line and Telstra home broadband and a technician needs to attend your home to connect a phone and/or broadband service. For example, if your new home has a Telstra line connection that must be reactivated or if you require a new home telephone line from Telstra. $59.00 ($0 NBN) $59 If your new home has a Telstra telephone line visit is not required. All prices listed on this page include GST Aside from for the TotalMove service, an eligible pensioner may apply to receive the Telstra Pensioner Discount on either one new service connection, or one in-place connection, at their principal place of residence only. Customers must contact us and request the Telstra Pensioner Discount to be applied to their service; it is not automatically applied. The customer must re-apply for the concession if they are new or returning to Telstra PLEASE NOTE: A temporary connection charge applies if your home phone service is connected for three months or less. In-home services are not available in all areas and are not available for some devices, software and operating systems. If you are moving Telstra home broadband on a Telstra casual plan, a $120 connection services charge applies in addition to the connection services fees for a 24 month plan charge shown (Self installation: $120 casual plan connection services charge + $59 activation fee ($179 total), professional instal lation: $192 + $120 casual plan connection services charge ($312 total), Platinum TotalMove Service: from $499 + $120 casual plan connection services charge (from $619 total)).
