11 Advanced Course Option 1 Goal: Development of an Advance RAC Training Programme/Course, within higher education institutions Approach Collaboration between SALCC/CARICOM Regional Organisation for Standards and Quality (CROSQ) CROSQ - is a regional centre for promoting efficiency and competitive production. CROSQ is seen as the focal point for standards and quality within the Region. It is also involved in the standardization of curricula across the region.

13 Advanced Course Option 2 Course Description: From a Thermodynamics perspective, this course seeks to extend that knowledge within a mechanical engineering context. It also provides a solid foundation for further studies in system design. Using an applications approach, theory and practice are integrated to develop the problem-solving skills necessary to the refrigeration and air conditioning profession.
