1 FLORIDA LIVE STEAMERS WINTER MEET FEBRUARY 10-15, 2012 Hosted by Central Pasco & Gulf RR Crews Lake Park Hudson, FL. You are invited to the annual WINTER MEET of Central Pasco & Gulf RR located at Crews Lake Park, a 7 ½ scale track just South of Shady Hills, Florida, on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday February 10 15, There will be night running, bidirectional running with signals, and loop running, so please bring your 7 ½ gauge and run as much as you like. A number of live steam vendors will be on the side during the meet for your convenience. This year we have leveled and ballasted our main line for smoother running. Parking for the meet will be at a designated area in the park. CPGRR members will be directing visitors to both parking and unloading areas. Registration will be conducted as you enter the park. If you so prefer we will move your equipment trailer to the unloading area while you park your vehicle. You may save time by registering by mail. A registration form, a liability waver, and a dinner reservation form have been included in this packet. Additional information and any updates can be found in our web site We have enclosed a number of Hotels and Motels not far from the park. For best rates, please contact the hotel/motel directly. For those of you who will be here on the 14 th, we have arranged for a dinner at a restaurant nearby. Because of the extreme cold weather lately, we chose a restaurant this time. The menu is included in this packet. Please send us your dinner reservation as quickly as possible to allow us to order enough food. Also included is a registration form and a liability waiver (also available at track). Each engineer will be asked to attend a brief safety meeting prior to operating equipment on the track. A complete track plan will be available at run time. In order for the meet to run smoothly, there will be a number of one hour job slots to fill. Bob Moutray or Gerry Vandervlis will have the duty roster.
