8 People Profile People Profile enables employees to display an overview of their own information. Employees can also view their personal and Talent Profile, Organizational and Communication details. They may as well navigate to the Employee Lookup app, if setup. The app provides direct access to Employee Lookup/Org View My Timesheet (Version 2) My Leave Requests (Version 2) My Paystubs (Version 2)

9 Employee Lookup Employee Look up allows to search for an employee using the employee name and view reporting line of the selected employee. Users can view the employee s organizational and communication details, the reporting line of the selected employee, and the employee s direct reports

10 My Team Calendar In the Team Calendar app, users can view the upcoming leaves and trainings of their peer or direct reports. On a desktop or tablet, a period of 2 weeks is shown, whereas 1 week is displayed on mobile devices. By default, only those employees who have events are shown, with an option to display all employees.

11 My Leave Requests (Version 2) Key enhancements Leave Requests now supports attendances such as Training or Business Trip apart from Absences Change the approver (only available with SAP enhancement package 7 of SAP ERP 6.0 SPS01 or higher Add and view attachments, e.g. upload a doctor s note in sick leave request (only available with SAP enhancement package 7 of SAP ERP 6.0 SPS01 or higher) Performance improvements

One-step release of time entries (optional step) One-step deletion of time entries Creation of time entries for a single day or multiple days in a single step Copy function Option to add a time entry as favorite as well as manage favorites (only available with SAP enhancement package 5 of SAP ERP 6.0 SPS05 or higher) Performance improvements
