1 Halifax Public Libraries performance highlights & trends This document provides Halifax Public Libraries annual performance measures with a comparative analysis to past years as well as an analysis in relation to the resources/input measures of open hours, collections and funding which facilitate this performance. The new system creates easier, faster check outs as RFID tags allow up to five items to be scanned simultaneously rather than one at a time.
