It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with this product before you begin using it. This product is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this product not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use the product until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should be performed on the product. For technical questions please call INTENDED USE For securing an ATV/UTV onto or inside the bed of a pick-up truck or trailer with this sturdy removable ATV wheel chock. The ATV wheel chock is 11.5" wide to accommodate larger tires. Always use high quality tie-down straps with this product. GENERAL SAFETY RULES WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. CAUTION: Do not allow persons to operate or assemble this ATV wheel chock until they have read this manual and have developed a thorough understanding of how the ATV wheel chock works. 3 WORK AREA Keep work area clean, free of clutter and well lit. Cluttered and dark work areas can cause accidents. Keep children and bystanders away while operating an ATV Wheel Chock. Distractions can cause you to lose control, so visitors should remain at a safe distance from the work area. PERSONAL SAFETY Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing, dangling objects, or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught. Use safety apparel and equipment. Use safety goggles or safety glasses with side shields which comply with current national standards, or when needed, a face shield. ATV WHEEL CHOCK USE AND CARE Do not modify the ATV wheel chock in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the equipment. There are specific applications for which the ATV Wheel Chock was designed. Always check for damaged or worn out parts before using the ATV wheel chock. Broken parts will affect the ATV Wheel Chock operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately. Use the ATV wheel chock on flat and level surfaces only. A load on a slanted or uneven surface can result in loss of control. Storing ATV wheel chock. When ATV Wheel Chock is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before re-use. NEVER rely on this ATV wheel chock as a brake. While it will assist in braking, other independent devices such as blocks or wedges must be used to keep the vehicle in the parked position. Use two chocks for added stability, and always secure the wheels in the chocks with high quality straps (not included). Never depend just on the chock to keep your ATV stable and stationary. You still need to use straps to hold the vehicle in place. Always buy high quality tie-down straps when securing your ATV. The price to repair your ATV will be far greater than the money saved buying economy straps. Always make sure to position the chock and ATV to ensure that there is enough tongue weight on the trailer. Page 3 of 5

4 OPERATION 1. Position the chock onto your trailer (or in vehicle bed) near the front, where the front wheels will be positioned when transporting your ATV/UTV. 2. Always center ATV/UTV on trailer/bed balancing the weight evenly. 3. For permanent mounting, first position ATV and chocks on the trailer bed. Then use the chock as a template, mark where you want to drill the holes for attaching the chocks to the trailer. Drill holes through the Trailer or pickup bed. 4. Mount the chock directly to the trailer bed using the provided hardware. As trailers and bed sizes vary greatly, you may need to purchase hardware to fit your trailer or bed properly. 5. Repeat above Steps for the second chock, positioning it the appropriate distance from the first chock to fit wheel base. 6. Then roll your ATV onto the trailer and into the chock frame. The wheel will now rest inside the chock. (Recommended): Add straps around wheel and chock to further secure the wheel into the chock. 7. ALWAYS use Tie down straps to hold and secure ATV/UTV to the trailer or vehicle bed. Secure ATV/UTV using tie down straps from the front and rear of vehicle. MAINTENANCE Maintain your ATV wheel chock. It is recommended that the general condition of any ATV Wheel Chock be examined before it is used. Keep your ATV Wheel Chock in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. If any parts or hardware operate or appear abnormal, replace parts or have any problem corrected before further use. Any necessary repairs must be made by qualified service personnel. Page 4 of 5
