1 Greetings from Jerry and Terri, I love looking out my back door and watching the birds. There is a beautiful robin sitting in a tree which for me means Spring is around the corner. With the coming of Spring that usually means cleaning out the old stuff and bringing in the fresh air. The time has come for Jerry and I to pass the torch and bring in the fresh air. Our time as the Four Season s President has come to an end. Even though we are a little sad, it has been very rewarding. There is no way we could have done this without the support of all the wonderful Four Season volunteers in Land Harbor. Serving as the President has been so rewarding and we are grateful for the opportunity to perform the duties. During our time, we had the opportunity to meet and get to know a lot of Land Harbor residents. Without a doubt, we have the best people in our community! We are excited and know you will be too about welcoming the new Four Season s Officers. Thanks for letting us serve you! Jerry and Terri The Snowflake A Publication of the Four Seasons Club Now it Feels and Looks Like a Mountain Spring! The seasons have cycled through. A very wet rainy winter with lots of snow days for school children but with very little snow for us at LLH. Now Spring has finally asserted itself with budding trees and early daffodils. Welcome back to Land Harbor, welcome back spring.! The April/May issue of the Harbor Lights will be printed April 15th. Deadline for this issue is just a short time away March 31 Announcements are being accepted now for this issue and future issues. 3 Quilting-Sewing & More: If you like to sew or are crafty, join us on Thursdays from 9:30am to 2:00pm at the Mountain View Activity Center. For more info. call Trish Boatman at Winter Bridge: Every Monday and Thursday from to about 4pm at the Golf House. It is not necessary to bring a partner. Come join a group of women who enjoy discussing a variety of scintillating authors. We are currently reading and discussing God Space. 9 Four Seasons Tuesday evening Movie Nights begin at 6:45pm. April 5th Bridge of Spies - PG-13 2hr. 15min. You may want to duck and cover all over again in this chilling historical Cold War drama from Steven Spielberg. As a lawyer who must persuade the Soviets to release U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers, who was shot down over Russia at the height of the Cold War. Based on the true story of a small-town father who must find the courage and conviction to share his son's extraordinary, life-changing experience with the world. The couple s son Colton claims to have visited Heaven during a near death experience. Colton recounts the details of his amazing journey with childlike innocence and speaks matter-of-factly about things that happened before his birth... things he couldn't possibly know.
