3 Good Books Good books offer children delight, mystery, charm, and experience of awe, and companionship. Good books captivate children's interest to the fullest and don t let go. Good books take children on an adventure that is endless. Good books evoke strong feelings, open doors to new things, help them explore their imagination, and helps them understand their own personal feelings.
4 Poetry Folklore Fantasy/ Science Fiction Realistic Fiction Historical Fiction Biography/ Autobiography Informational There are 7 different Genres Good Books come in all different genres. It is great for children to here stories across the genres.
5 Poetry Poetry can be described many different ways. One description of it is Poetry is the window to the soul. Also defined as written form that results from the exquisite polishing of words.
