2 Dear Sirs Wrestling Club Thrott has the pleasure in coorperation with the national Danish Wrestling Federation, to invite national teams and clubs to AARHUS OPEN 2013 in Greco-Roman style. The competion will take place in Aarhus, Denmark 16th-17th of february Before the tournament an international training camp will take place Aarhus, from 11th-15th of february. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION Place and date The competition will take place in Aarhus, Denmark from the 16th - 17th of february. The competition and weigh-in will be arranged at Aabyhallen, Aabyvej 80, DK-8230 Aabyhoj Participation and rules This is the officical invitation to the competition and arrival (visa) to Denmark The competition is open for Boys, Cadets and Juniors in following weightcategories: Boys : 29,32, 35, 38, 42, 47, 53, 59, 66, kg Cadets : 39-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, kg Juniors : 46-50, 55, 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, kg Weight Tolerance: 1,00 kg. (ONLY CADET AND JUNIORS) Weight-in and medical control will take place in the competition area - Friday the 15th of february Saturday 16th of february (BOYS YEARS ONLY) The competition will be organized according to the FILA rules Please notice: All juniors must have valid 2013 FILA License. All wrestlers must show their national passport Three (3) FILA approved mats will be used for the competition. Awards will be given to 3 best wrestlers, gold, silver and bronze medals. Award will be given to the best team in each category Special gift to Best Wrestler, decided by the competition jury Preminilary entry: 7th January 2013 Final entry: 28th of January 2013

4 Accomondation, meals and transportation Package 1: Accomondation at Scandic Hotel Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Starting fee - Aarhus Open Prices per. person each day: Singleroom euro Doubleroom - 70 euro 3-4 bed room - 60 euro Package 2: Accomondation at Danhostel Aarhus (dormitory, 4-6 beds each room) Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Starting fee - Aarhus Open Price per. day: 50 Euro Prices are based on 4-6 persons in each room. Each person must bring his own beddings Other prices: Starting fee - 25 Euro Accomondation at school - 8 Euro per. Person each night Breakfast - 6 Euro Dinner - 10 Euro Referee fee - Each club must pay 60,00 Euro Please notice: Payment must be received no later than 1st February. Otherwise, each team will arrange its own accommodation and food.

5 Transportation and airports: Aarhus Airport approx. 50 km. Billund Airport approx. 100 km. Copenhagen Aiport approx. 350 km. Train from Copenhagen Aiport to Aarhus Train Station lasts about 3 hours. Transport/transfer to airport Aarhus or Billund or Aarhus Train Station is possible for free, if relevant information will be us at hand in proper time. Visa Countries who needs visa to Denmark, can obtain them by contacting the Danish Embassy in your country. Please send us names, date of birth and we will send invitation to use at the embassy. Referees Referees travel with the team delegation. Each country must bring referees according to the FILA rules. 6 TRAINING CAMP - GENERAL INFORMATION Wrestling Club THROTT, has once again the pleasure, in coorperation with the Danish Wrestling Federation, to invite you to international training camp, before the international tournament Aarhus Open The Training Camp is open for Cadet and Juniors In wrestlers from Ukraine, Poland, Norway, Germany and Denmark was participating in the Training Camp.
