2 Dear Sirs Aarhus-DK, september 2011 Wrestling Club Thrott has the pleasure in coorperation with the national Danish Wrestling Federation, to invite national teams and clubs to AARHUS OPEN 2012 in Greco-Roman style. The competion will take place in Aarhus, Denmark 18th of february Before the tournament a international training camp will be held in Aarhus, from the 13th-17 th of february. 3 GENERAL INFORMATION FILA TOURNAMENT CADET AND JUNIOR Place and date The competition will take place in Aarhus, Denmark from the 17 th - 19 th of february. The competition and weigh-in will be arranged at Aabyhallen, Aabyvej 80, DK-8230 Aabyhoj Accomondation is possible at: Scandic Hotel, Rytoften 3, DK-8210 Aarhus V CitySleep-in Hostel, Havnegade 20, DK-8000 Aarhus C Participation and rules This is the officical invitation to the competion and arrival (visa) to Denmark The competition is open for Cadets and Juniors in following weightcategories: Cadets : 39-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, kg Juniors : 46-50, 55, 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, kg Weight Tolerance: 1,00 kg. Weight-in and medical control will take place in the competion area Medical Control: Friday the 17 th of february Weigh-in: Friday the 17 th of february The competition will be organized according to the FILA rules Please notice: All juniors must have valid 2012 FILA License. All wrestlers must show their national passport Three (3) FILA approved mats will be used for the competition. Awards will be given to 4 best wrestlers, gold, silver and two bronze medals. Award will be given to best team in each category Special gift to Best Wrestler, decided by the competition jury Preminilary entry: 11th January 2012 Final entry: 1st February 2012

Billund Airport approx. 100 km. Copenhagen Aiport approx. 350 km. Train from Copenhagen Aiport to Aarhus Train Station lasts about 3 hours. Transport/transfer to airport Aarhus or Billund or Aarhus Train Station is possible for free, if relevant information will be us at hand in proper time. Visa Countries who needs visa to Denmark, can obtain them by contacting the Danish Embassy in your country. Please send us names, date of birth and we will send invitation to use at the embassy. Referees Referees travel with the team delegation. Each country must bring referees according to the FILA rules.
