The new Velocity introduction and installation The new Velocity function introduction: Account Management, Payment, Group Service, Investment, Trade Service and Bill Center. The hotline of Velocity: The installation of the Velocity When you want to use our Velocity, you only need to install the latest version of JAVA, and we strongly recommend you to use IE to log in our Velocity, in order to ensure the best user experience. 2 There is only one pre-set role which is the super maker. The super maker can do all kinds of transaction without approval. B. 1 Authorizer There are two pre-set role, one is maker and another is approver. Each transaction should be approved by any one of the approver. C. 2 Authorizer There are two pre-set role, one is maker and another is approver. Each transaction should be approved by any two of the approvers. D. Tailor-made The customer can define the approver matrix according to its finance policy. (2)The change of models If you applied for the super maker version and you would like to change it to 2 Authorizer version. You can take the relevant materials to our bank and submit the maintenance form. 3. The account management To add new account If you want to add new account on Velocity, please fill the application form <Velocity@ocbc User Maintenance Form>. Account Enquiry You can enquiry the balance, transaction details and Velocity transaction details of the current deposit, fix deposit, call deposit, agreement deposit, margin deposit and loans account. Balance Check You can use this function to verify the account balance of each month. E-advice: The E-advice is the certificate of the transaction through Velocity. 4. Payment Intra-bank payment, Intra-city Payment and Cross-city Payment The Intra-bank payment means that the beneficiary is the OCBC WING HANG accounts. Intra-city Payment means that the beneficiary is other bank s account in the same city. The Cross-city Payment/Urgent Payment means that the beneficiary is other bank s account in another city or the urgent transfer business. Batch Payment: There are two types of the input methods, one is the Multiple Payment, the other is the Batch Import. If one or more payment applications are over the cut-off time, you should modify the batch payment instruction, because the batch authorization can t support the forward business.

3 The Forward function of the payment: The Forward means that the system will submit the previously appointed instruction on the designated automatically to the bank. If you have finished the Forward instruction and the authorization, the record will be displayed as pending. The maker can delete this record before the instruction submission. SMS Service You can input the beneficiaries mobile phone number, when you input the instruction. We will send SMS containing the transaction details to the beneficiary. But the SMS can not be regarded as the formal certificate. Common Beneficiary: The Common Beneficiary is the beneficiaries that you frequently pay to. You can choose the beneficiary from the list, no need to input the detail information every time. FCY Payment: If you submit the FCY payment instructions and you fails to provide the supporting documents required by regulation within 10 working days, we will reject the instruction made through Velocity. You have to submit the application again. Other FAQ: Q: If the payment is not approved, can I modify or delete this instruction? A: Yes, The maker can modify or delete the instruction before the approval. Q: Can the corporate account pay to the individual account? A: You can pay to the individual account through the Velocity. But you need to follow the relevant regulation. Q: How long will the fund reach the beneficiary? A:If the payment details are input correctly, the time taken differs by the type of payment. If it is the Intra-bank payment, the fund will arrive immediately. If it is the Intra-city payment, it will depend on the beneficiary bank. If it is the Cross-city/urgent payment, it will also depend on the beneficiary bank. 5. Investment The type of call deposit and renewal methods There are three types of call deposit. They are 1-day rollover, 7-day rollover and 7-day auto-rollover. The fix deposit renewal methods

The choice of deposit withdraw through Velocity There are two kinds of withdraw of the fix deposit and the call deposit placed through Velocity, one is withdraw through counter and Velocity. If the deposit certificate is taken from the counter, the deposit can only be withdrawn through counter. Before that the deposit can only be withdrawn through Velocity.
