3 GENEREL INFORMATION Place and date: The competition will take place in Aarhus, Denmark from the 8th- 9th of february. The competition and weigh-in will be arranged at Aabyhallen, Aabyvej 80, DK-8230 Aabyhoej Participation and rules: This is the official invitation to the competetion and arrival (visa) to Denmark The competition is open for Boys, Cadets and Juniors in following weightcategories: Boys : 29, 32, 35, 38, 42, 47, 53, 59, 66, kg Cadets : 39-42, 46, 50, 54, 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, kg Juniors : 46-50, 55, 60, 66, 74, 84, 96, kg Weight Tolerance: 1,00 kg. (Cadets and Junior only) Weight-in and medical control will take place in the competition area - Friday the 7th of February The competition will be organized according to the FILA rules Please notice: All Cadets and Juniors must have a valid 2014 FILA License, according to the FILA rules. All wrestlers must show their national passport Awards will be given to: three best wrestlers, best team in each category and a special gift to Best Wrestler (decided by the competition jury).

4 ACCOMODATION, MEALS AND TRANSPORTATION Hotel package: Accomondation at Scandic Hotel Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Starting fee - Aarhus Open Prices pr. person each day: Singleroom: 110 euro Double or triple room: 80 euro Room of 4 person: 65 euro Other prices: Starting fee: 27 euro Accomondation at school - 8 euro pr. person each night Breakfast: 6 euro Dinner: 10 euro Banquet: 20 euro Referee fee: each club/team must pay 60 euro, if they participate with more than three(3) wrestlers Please notice: Preminilary entry: 4th January 2014 Finaly enrty: 22th January 2014 Payment must be received no later than 28th of February. Otherwise, each team will arrange it s own accommodation and food. AARHUS OPEN 2014

5 TRANSPORTATION AND AIRPORTS Aarhus Airport - approx. 50 km. Billund Airport - approx 100 km. Copenhagen Airport km. Train form Copenhagen Airport to Aarhus Train Station lasts about 3 hours. Transport/transfer to airport Aarhus or Billund or Aarhus Train Station is posible for small fee, if relevant information will be us at hand in proper time. VISA Countries who needs visa to entry Denmark, can obtain them by contacting the Danish Embassy in your country. Please send us names, date of birth and we will send invatation to use at the embassy. REFEERES Referees are traveling with the team delegation, each country must bring referees according to the FILA rules. 6 TRANING CAMP - GENEREL INFORMATION Wrestling Club Thrott, has once agian the pleasure, in coorperation with The Danish Wrestling Federation, to invite you to international traning camp, after the interanational tournament Aarhus Open The traning camp is open for Cadets and Juniors. In wrestlers form Ukraine, Poland, Norway, Germany and Denmark was participating in the traning camp. Starting date: 10th of February.
