3 Course Description: The 4 week residential CPO training program, conducted by Code3 is designed to ensure that your knowledge and skills are developed to help you work and cater to the International format of protection, ensuring your safety as well as your clients safety at all times. Students will work and learn in real time environments, experiencing all the factors that go into the protection of an individual. All instructions are in English. At the end of this course there will be an exam to assess the students newly acquired skills. Course Content: Primary Conceptualization - Protocol and Etiquette - Close Protection Concepts and Operational Practices - Duties and Responsibilities of a Close Protection Officer - Conflict Management, Body language and OODA Cycle - Team Management & Leadership Operational Skill Sets - Theory - Residential and Hotel Security - Close Protection Equipment - Covert & Overt - Hazardous Material Identification & Familiarization - Legal Literacy and Awareness - IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, MVA, PSARA - Insignia in Indian Military and Law Enforcement agencies Operational Skill Sets - Practical - Pre-Protection (Client Profile & Threat and Risk Assessment) - Route Planning - Reconnaissance - TSCM Operations - Cover and Evacuation - Team Formations (Low & High Profile Low to High Risk) - Embus / Debus (Concepts & Techniques) Tactical Skill Sets Practical - Close Quarter Combat and Restraints - Weapon Safety and Familiarization - Convoy Operations - First Responder Procedures & Operations - Fire Safety Management and Operations Certification: Upon completion of the course and on thorough evaluation, both during the course and during the examination period, students passing the course will receive their Code3 Close Protection Officers Certificate, signed and verified by the directors of Code3.

Candidates who successfully complete the CPO course are fully equipped to perform a wide variety of security operations around the world. They are capable of protecting low to high risk clients, manage teams of security personnel, and much more. Their contents being confidential will not be disclosed unless requested by the candidate, via written consent. Accommodation and Meals: Students will live, eat and operate under one roof, experiencing all the activities involved in becoming a CPO. All costs are included in the course fees. Location: On confirmation of a students acceptance, they will receive their joining instructions. Cost: This 4 weeks Close Protection Officers Course is priced at Rs. 75, (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand Only), exclusive of tax. This money is invested on the student in the form of accommodation, training, equipment, travel, assignments and food. th The total course fee needs to be paid on or before 15 January 2012 via cheque, payable to Code3. This payment will serve as confirmation of your application and willingness to participate in the course. Documents: Students are further required to furnish certain documents in order to confirm their acceptance into the course. These documents (copies only) include: Passport (front and back pages), drivers license, PAN / Voters ID card, Police Clearance Certificate, completed application form with signature and 2 photographs. 9 Terms and Conditions: Students are required to provide all details on their application form and submit relevant documents. Only after all these have been verified, will the students application be considered. Code3 has the right to change, postpone or cancel the course at its discretion. Any cancellation will be brought to the attention of the student and the course fees will be refunded. There will be no refund for any cancellation from the student s side. However the management may adjust that amount with the next course. This is based solely on the management s discretion. All students will be expected to undergo a final exam wherein the students will be tested in all subjects (theoretical and practical). Inability to pass any more than two subjects would equate to failing the entire course. Code3 will not certify such candidates as having successfully completed the Close Protection Officers Training Program. Students are not to bring their own weapon or equipment for the course, unless specified before. All candidates are expected to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the dignity and decorum of professional Close Protection Officers. Behavior unbecoming of an officer will result in an immediate termination of the candidates seat. The decision of the management in this respect would be final.
