Visual component inspection includes body and lead inspection, marking permanency tests, digital micrometer measuring, high resolution digital photography and barcode reading. Electrical testing through a complex PinPrint test algorithm to identify components that have a different internal die structure or no die at all. Should any part fail these procedures they are subject to further investigation.
