2 Önsöz Teknolojik ilerlemenin katkısıyla Elektronik Haberleşme Sektörü'nün ülkemiz için önemi artmaktadır. Bu kapsamda Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu olarak 2009 yılından itibaren Türkiye Elektronik Haberleşme Sektörü 3 Aylık Pazar Verileri Raporları yayımlanmaya başlanmıştır. Büyük bir ilgiyle karşılanan bu raporlar Türkiye geneli hakkında bilgi sağlarken zaman içerisinde il ve bölge bazlı veri talepleri de ortaya çıkmıştır. Söz konusu talepleri karşılamak amacıyla Elektronik Haberleşme Sektörüne İlişkin İl Bazında Yıllık İstatistik Bülteni çalışması hazırlanmıştır. Söz konusu dokümanın her yıl güncellenerek düzenli olarak yayımlanması planlanmaktadır. Elektronik Haberleşme Sektörüne İlişkin İl Bazında Yıllık İstatistik Bülteni, sabit ve mobil telefon ile genişbant internet olmak üzere temel elektronik haberleşme sektörü göstergelerini son 6 yıllık zaman zarfında il bazında içermektedir. Söz konusu çalışmanın bireysel araştırmacılarca, sektör oyuncularınca, elektronik haberleşme sektörüyle ilgili politika belirleyen kamu kurum ve kuruluşları çalışanlarınca yararlı bulunulacağı düşünülmektedir. Foreword Due to technological progress, electronic communications sector becomes more important for Turkey. In this context, Information and Communication Technologies Authority has started to publish Turkish Electronic Communications Sector Quarterly Market Reports since Those reports that provide information at country level have been followed with substantial interest across various segments of society. Meantime, demands for regional statistics have aroused. In order to meet those demands, Electronic Communications Statistics at Provincial Level have been prepared. The plan is that document will be upgraded and published every year. Electronic Communications Statistics at Provincial Level covers indicators about fixed and mobile telephony as well as broadband internet at provincial level for last 6 years. It is hoped that this work will be useful for individual researchers, actors from sector and public policy makers who deal with electronic communications sector. i
