2 Account Terms Service Charge Credit Interest none as per agreement (For short-term overdrafts, debit interest will be charged at current market rate plus 3 0/00) Statements by SWIFT (daily or monthly basis) none Payments and Transfers Charges In favour of other banks Bank-to-bank transfers - MT free In favour of companies and individuals EUR-Payments 1. for the credit to an account in our books DKK 20,00 No charges will be deducted from payments falling under the Payment Services Directive. 3 General information for Denmark Once a payment has been effected, the payment is revocable even if a request to do so is received prior to the value date indicated in the instructions. This applies to transfers in DKK and any other currency. Value date Beneficiary s account with Skjern Bank Payments received from EU-countries, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein in 1. DKK and EUR (incl. when a currency conversion will take place) 2. EU-currencies to accounts in the same currencies will be credited to the account of the beneficiary with the same value as stated in the payment order. All other payments will be credited to the account of the beneficiary s account with value one business day after the value date stated in the payment order The beneficiary s account is with another Danish bank Payments in DKK and EUR, and payments received from EU-countries in other EU-currencies to accounts in same currencies, falling under the Payment Service Directive will be credited to the payment service provider of the beneficiary on the value date stated in the payment order, provided that the payments are with valid IBAN or BBAN. For all other payments, payments may physically be processed before value date and third bank s account will be credited value one business day after the value date stated in the payment order. The beneficiary will normally be credited value two business days after the value date stated in the payment order. Cut-off Times (DK-Time) - Bank-to-bank 1.30 pm - Cancellation of bank-to-bank transfer 8.00 am on the value date - Customer transfer in EUR 4.00 pm (less than equivalent to 1 mio. 5 Collections on Denmark Collection Commission charged on the amount collected Acceptance Commission charged for obtaining acceptance of a bill, for procuring a promissory note or other undertaking for payment. Return Fee charged for documents which are returned by reason of non-acceptance or non-payment. Delivery Fee charged on documents delivered against receipt only. Reminder/presentation Fee charged for each reminder/additional presentation. Amendment Fee charged for each amendment of previous instructions. Protest Fee charged for arranging protest the legal costs of protest will be charged additionally. The Faeroe Islands and Greenland The tariff will also apply to collection operations in the Faeroe Islands and Greenland, however, with the addition of charges and commission charged by the collecting bank. Such collections will be handled subject to the special conditions and rules governing those areas. 5
