Vote: 5-0 Commissioner Wesley elected President. B. Election of Commission Vice-President - continued from January 08, 2003 meeting Commissioner Hisserich nominated for Vice-President by Commissioner Chavez. Commissioner George nominated for Vice-President by Commissioner Cuevas Nomination accepted by Commissioner Hisserich. Vote: 2-3; George, Cuevas, Wesley voted no. Nomination failed. Nomination accepted by Commissioner George. Commissioner George elected Vice-President Vote: 4-1; Chavez voted no. APPLICANT: Esther and Abdel Megeed Soliman and Dale Bates APPELLANT: Patrushkha Mierzua representing Concerned Citizens of Rome Drive Motion to continue the case to the April 23, 2003 meeting at the request of the opposing parties to allow time to resolve issues. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD Commissioner Chavez commented on cell phone cases in general and the need to judge each case on an individual basis and the specific circumstances.
