Applicant 2. Manufacturing Nu Flow Technologies 2000 Inc Thornton Road South Oshawa, Ontario L1J 7E Thornton Road South Oshawa, Ontario L1J 7E2 Tel: Fax: Web: 3. Description The, Remote Non-Destructive Pipe Restoration Process (The A Nu Flow System ) is intended for the restoration of metallic potable water pipes, specifically galvanized metal, copper, and stainless steel. The can repair pipes 12.7 mm (1/2 ) in diameter to 150 mm (6 ) in diameter. The, using existing access points along the water line riser, cleans the pipes with air pressure and a garnet abrasive grit. After removing the abrasive grit from the cleaned pipes, air pressure is used to test the lines for leaks and a video scope is employed to visually examine the cleaned surfaces on a sample basis. Air pressure is utilized to apply the two component NSF approved APL 2000 epoxy, which cures in 24 hours. Upon completion, a final pressure test is conducted to verify that the system is leak free. The performance level of the restored pipe is not less than that which existed prior to the application of the. Page 1 of 6
