Sales (October 21, 2014) George A. Lowe Revocable Trust sold 160 acres of commercial land located at the SW Corner of 183 rd Street and Cedar Niles Road, Gardner, Kansas to Defamco II, LLC. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Rob Heise of Heise-Meyer, LLC represented the Seller. (October 28, 2014) Lindemuth, Inc. sold a 768 square foot gas station on a.51 acre site located at 5621 SW 21 st Street, Topeka, Kansas to Thomas J. Dobski Trust. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Seller, and Kelvin Heck SIOR, CCIM, ALC of Colliers International represented the Buyer.

2 (October 22, 2014) 7230 Shops, LLC sold a 8,250 square foot retail space building at Wornall Road, Kansas City, Missouri to J&C Auto Park, Inc. Mark Arensberg of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Charles Cuda of Keller Williams represented the Buyer. Leases (September 30, 2014) Cobalt Industrial REIT leased 101,743 square feet of industrial space located at 1902 Warren Street, North Kansas City, Missouri to Murphy Warehouse Company. Doug Hedrick SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Michael Mitchelson SIOR, CCIM of CBRE represented the Landlord in the transaction. (September 30, 2014) Meritex Lenexa Executive Park, LLC leased 26,000 square feet of industrial space located at W 98 th Street, Lenexa, Kansas to Harte Hanks Direct Marketing. Tom Haverty and John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Joe Accurso, SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter & Company represented the Tenant in the transaction.
