Broker candidates must also complete 30 hours of Broker post-licensing education (RES 754 & 755) during the pre-renewal period in which the courses are taken. Students must attend a minimum of 90% of all course sessions and receive a passing grade on the final course examination in order to qualify for a Uniform Real Estate Transcript. A Uniform Real Estate Transcript is required to take the state examination.
