2 HANDICAPPED ACCESS The Performing Arts Center staff will aid and assist all reasonable requests for our disabled guests. Wheelchair access is available at the main entrance of the school. Wheelchair seating is located in the rear of the house on either side. Wheelchair accessible parking is located in the front parking lot, with ramped access to house entrances. EMERGENCY NUMBERS ALL EMERGENCIES CALL 911 Brown County Sheriff s Department, Non-Emergency, (920) Bay Port High School Address: 2710 Lineville Road PARKING The main lot in front of the building,the faculty lot outside of the Fieldhouse and lots at the adjacent tow schools contain more than enough parking for any event. All lots are reserved for student parking until 2pm weekdays. The loading dock and loading zone are on the building side of the main lot. The dock can handle trucks of any size. Most production vehicles can remain in the loading zone during the run of the event. Buses and trucks can be parked elsewhere on campus by special arrangements. DIRECTIONS Bay Port High School is located in the Village of Suamico on Lineville Road. Take Hwy 41 to the Lineville Road Exit Exit Lineville Road. (Lineville Road is north of Hwy 41 & I-43 intersection). Turn west on Lineville and proceed straight through first roundabout at Velp Ave. Proceed straight through second round about Cardinal Lane. Proceed past Lineville Intermediate School. Exit third roundabout to the right. High school is just behind Lineville Intermediate School.

3 MANAGEMENT GREENROOM/BLACK BOX: Located backstage right with its own exterior entrance. Room is 45 x 54 with a hard wood floor. Kitchen facilities are not available. Phone available for calls placed to other rooms within the facility and local calls. Space is permanently equipped with audio monitor with video stage monitor available upon request. The room can be used as additional dressing room space and is equipped with full-length mirrors on one wall. OFFICES No space is permanently assigned for visiting production staff; however shared facilities can be made available. Phone service is local only; long distance must be arranged with PAC manager in advance. FIRST AID Standard industrial kit available from PAC manager or any member of production crew. REHEARSAL ROOM Rehearsal space available in adjacent band or choir classrooms. Contact PAC manager for availability. CREWS PAC manager is on-site for all events. Technical crews are hourly, consisting of predominantly trained students, with community members as needed, scheduled by the PAC manager. Ushers are the responsibility of the user organization. A Bay Port Technical Staff member must be present at all times when the facility is in use. CONCESSIONS The Performing Arts Center has first refusal rights for all patron food and beverage service. Contact the production manager for further information. Remember food and drinks are not allowed in the auditorium. Other concession items, including but not limited to, show programs, merchandise, novelties, and flowers, may be permitted to be sold only with advance approval from the production manager in writing attached to your contract. LOAD-IN AREA Located on the west side of the auditorium, 10 x12 rolling door (into shop), 10 x12 (from shop to hallway, hallway to stage). Loading doors are offset by 4. Open-air, covered dock is also available with access from hallway.

5 SHOP AREA There is a shop behind the theater equipped for maintenance and repair of scenery. If major work is needed, arrangements can be made to use a shop which is fully equipped for construction in wood or steel. LADDERS/LIFTS 1 - Genie Personal lift, 25 working height. Assortment of commercial ladders to be used by PAC staff. STORAGE No large secure storage available. Secure storage may be available, contact PAC manager with requirements. ADDITIONAL SPACE Black box, Band, choir, and practice rooms are available, if necessary. CROSSOVER Behind the stage through the dressing room hallway. The stage is deep enough that many sets will allow room up stage for a cross over.
