1 LETTER TO CALIFORNIA STATE GOVERNMENT AND SCHOOL AUTHORITIES PERSONAL AND RELIGIOUS BELIEF EXEMPTION NOTIFICATION LETTER AFFIDAVIT OF OBJECTION/EXEMPTION TO COERCIVE COMPULSORY VACCINES MS Word version: To All California Local, County and State Government and School Authorities c/o Principal: School: City: STUDENT: DOB: I, the Affiant and undersigned,, state, certify, affirm and declare the following: I am writing this letter under duress and coercion, in compliance with California Health & Safety Code section (g)(1), which requires parents seeking to exempt their child from the requirements of the new mandatory (sic) vaccination law (California Senate Bill 277) to submit, a letter or affidavit with his or her school (any public or private school) stating their beliefs opposed to immunization prior to January 1, This letter and affidavit is to inform you and/or the administrator of any future school that my child, the student named above, may attend, that the administration of each of the ten enumerated vaccinations made mandatory by the new law (measles, mumps, rubella, polio, Hib, Hepatitis B, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, and chicken pox) conflicts with my personal health care philosophy and my religious beliefs and practices. Specifically, I have strong religious convictions which find the development of modern vaccines using aborted fetal cell lines morally reprehensible a practice I cannot condone, support, or in any way participate in. IN ADDITION TO AND EVEN WORSE, I also firmly believe, based on evidence I have become aware of, that some or all of the chemicals contained in all vaccines, such as mercury and aluminum, are detrimental to my child s physical and spiritual health and well-being and that such vaccines may impact me or any of my children, from the development of physical tics, to autism, and even to death. GOVERNOR BROWN IS ENTIRELY WRONG, THE SCIENCE IS NOT CLEAR, AS WAS MADE CLEAR BY A LETTER WRITTEN TO THE GOVERNOR URGING HIM NOT TO SIGN SB 277 INTO LEGISLATION (NOT LAW, ONLY A COURT CAN DECLARE WHAT THE LAW IS). SEPARATELY, I WILL TAKE INSTITUTIONAL AND PERSONAL LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY ENTITY OR PERSON DEPRIVING MY CHILDREN FROM THEIR RIGHT TO ATTEND ANY SCHOOL OF MY CHOICE SOLELY BASED ON OUR REFUSAL TO RECEIVE VACCINES. For these reasons, I have executed this Personal Belief Exemption affidavit and letter. According to the explicit provisions of Health & Safety Code section (g)(1), the submission of this letter prior to January 1, 2016 along with the PBE affidavit already on file will ensure that my child is allowed enrollment to any private or public elementary or secondary school within the state until my child enrolls in the next grade span. I further affirm and declare that due to my religious beliefs, I am opposed to any toxin or poison being introduced into the body of my spouse, any of my children or myself, our temples, by vaccine or any other means. The religious belief that our bodies are our personal temples that our spirits and souls live in, is based on the following Scripture: I Corinthians 3:16-17 King James Version (KJV): Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. The personal right and responsibility to maintain a healthy and clean temple/body is a fundamental religious belief that my family and I share, and it is our religious belief and duty to protect ourselves. The following substances and toxins are found in many, if not all vaccines being administered to the public, and if administered to any of us they would defile our temple, against our and God s wishes: Mercury (thimerosal or otherwise) Formaldehyde -- a known cancer-causing agent Aluminum -- a neurotoxin that has been linked to Alzheimer s disease Triton X a detergent Phenol (carbolic acid) Ethylene glycol (antifreeze) Various antibiotics: neomycin, streptomycin, gentamicin -- which can cause allergic reactions in some people The living or dead virus itself which the vaccine is supposed to protect against Aborted fetal cells Possible Carcinogens (vaccines have never been tested for carcinogenicity, see next bullet) Page 2 of 5

3 Many other substances that the vaccine manufacturers themselves admit cause serious health risks, up to and including death. See children mandatory vaccine inserts summary at We are not allowing these or any other toxin to be introduced into our temple without our personal consent and I hereby give notice that I DO NOT GIVE CONSENT for me or any of my family members to receive vaccines. I further affirm and declare that both the State of California and the United States federal government have no legal authority to force me and/or my children, natural born human beings, as opposed to some artificial/fictitious entity and their agents, to be vaccinated in any way against our will, for whichever reason, and in particular for religious reasons, and Gov. Brown knows this because after signing AB 2109 into law he issued a signing statement on September 30, 2012 noting that he would allow the religious exemption to be used by parents that do not want to vaccinate their children for such reasons, and neither the text of SB 277 nor the new signing order by Gov. Brown, dated June 30, 2015, nullify the religious exemption in Gov. Brown s prior order nor mention directly, one way or the other, an exemption based on religious beliefs or it no longer being in effect, a way to hide the truth: THIS IS SO BECAUSE MY CHILDREN S AND MY NATURAL AND COMMON LAW RIGHTS, AS WELL AS THOSE RIGHTS NOTED IN THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, AND CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 4, PROHIBIT THE GOVERNMENT FROM IMPEDING THE FREE EXERCISE OF RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. But in particular I make reference to California Constitution, Article 1, Section 1, which states: ALL PEOPLE ARE BY NATURE FREE AND INDEPENDENT AND HAVE INALIENABLE RIGHTS. AMONG THESE ARE ENJOYING AND DEFENDING LIFE AND LIBERTY, ACQUIRING, POSSESSING, AND PROTECTING PROPERTY, AND PURSUING AND OBTAINING SAFETY, HAPPINESS, AND PRIVACY. VIOLATION OF FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS AND COMMON LAW RIGHTS The Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees Religious Civil Rights. It reads in part as follows: No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. The Fourteenth Amendment applies both to the persons created under that amendment, citizens of the United States, as well as to persons / Private Persons under Common Law: Natural Born Individuals in the Land Jurisidiction (as opposed to the Sea Jurisdiction, Admiralty/Vice-Admiralty), whose Natural and Common law rights are reflected in, but independent of, the Fourteenth amendment. See Black s Law Dictionary, Revised 4 th Edition, West Publishing, 1968, definitions of Private Person at page 1359, and Individual at page 913, distinguishing between natural persons and fictitious, government created entities. 4 My children, family and I, AS WELL AS ALL CHILDREN ATTENDING SCHOOL, are Natural Born Human Beings and we are owed protections as those confirmed or implied in the Fourteenth Amendment, against discrimination based on religious beliefs. MY RELIGIOUS, ETHICAL AND MORAL BELIEFS, AS IT PERTAINS TO ME AND MY PERSON, IS THAT ANY FORCED VACCINATION IS AGAINST MY WILL PROHIBITED BY SUCH PERSONAL AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS AS NOTED HEREIN; AND THAT FORCED VACCINATION, OR BEING COMPELLED TO BE VACCINATED IN ORDER TO BE ADMITTED IN SCHOOL, IS A CRIMINAL ACTION AGAINST MY CHILD BY ANYONE INVOLVED DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY IN SUCH FORCED VACCINATION; AND WHEN APPLIED TO TWO OR MORE PERSONS IT IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY! Furthermore, internationally, the Nuremberg Code and Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights UNESCO prohibits forced medication. Article 6, section 1 states: Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice. VIOLATION OF CHILDREN S RIGHT TO EDUCATION: To use SB 277 as an excuse to prohibit unvaccinated children from enjoying their constitutional right to an education is a violation of California law, as noted in the following sections of California Constitution Art. 9 Section 1: A general diffusion of knowledge and intelligence being essential to the preservation of the rights and liberties of the people, the Legislature shall encourage by all suitable means the promotion of intellectual, scientific, moral, and agricultural improvement. Section 5: The Legislature shall provide for a system of common schools by which a free school shall be kept up and supported in each district at least six months in every year, after the first year in which a school has been established. Denying education to unvaccinated children is also a violation of the California Constitution Declaration of Rights, Article 1, section 7, which reads in part: A person may not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law or denied equal protection of the laws. NO FORCED AND/OR UNAUTHORIZED VACCINES ALLOWED Additionally, because the new vaccine law also allows physicians and nurses to come onto school campuses for the purpose of administering vaccines, I want to be clear that AT NO TIME DOES ANY PHYSICIAN OR NURSE HAVE MY PERMISSION TO ADMINISTER ANY VACCINE TO MY MINOR CHILD FOR ANY PURPOSE. Should the bodily integrity of my child be violated in this manner, I will not hesitate to pursue any and all legal remedies available to me under local, state, federal and international law, PERSONALLY, against the responsible parties.
