13 DETAILS BOOKING PROCESS I. Reserve a private dining space via Liliana@acquaal2dc.com or via telephone by calling II. Complete the contract with a menu selection and send back via fax or e- mail: Liliana@acquaal2dc.com RESERVATION DETAILS: A private dining space may be on hold for up to 72-hours (3 business days) without a contract. A contract must be completed (signed with a credit card on file) and submitted within (2) two business days of the release of a contract from Acqua al 2 to client. This will further guarantee the reservation of a private dining space. Without submission of the completed contract no such event is guaranteed. Menu selections are due the Monday prior to the event date. Menu selections submitted after the deadline may be subject to a limited menu due to tentative availability of food items. COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS: All standing cocktail receptions are allotted a 90-minute reservation. If a party exceeds 90- minutes, an additional fee will be applied for every 15 minutes. Standing cocktail reception reservations are generally not accepted during peak dinner service hours between 7:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. FRIDAY & SATURDAY PRIVATE DINING RESERVATIONS: The Mercatino and Ponte Vecchio rooms are available on Friday and Saturday evenings from 5:00-7:30 p.m. If the private dining room is not relieved by 7:30 p.m., an additional fee will be applied for every 15 minutes that the space is not relieved. CANCELLATION POLICY: If and when an event is cancelled, with a less than 72-hour (3-business day) written notice, 30% of the event minimum will be applied to the credit card on file. RESTAURANT BUY-OUT: Clients are welcome to reserve the restaurant in it s entirety for lunch and dinner.
