Bake at 325 o for 8-10 minutes and let cool. Stir a cup or so of Kellogg s Complete Wheat Flakes into soup or stew as a thickener about 15 minutes before serving. No crushing necessary. Substitute a crushed fiber-containing cereal such as Kellogg s All-Bran cereals for cracker or bread crumbs in meatloaf or meatballs. No one s the wiser and your dish will be extra moist! Slightly crush any Kellogg s Frosted Mini-Wheats bite size cereal and sprinkle it over mashed sweet potatoes or baked winter squash. Rock a baked fruit dessert by topping with Special K Granola or Kellogg s Raisin Bran instead of rolled oats or other toppings.
