READ ALL INSTRUCTION FROM START TO FINISH BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION. IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT PROPERLY FOLLOWED, SEVERE FRAME, TIRE, OR SUSPENSION DAMAGE MAY RESULT TO THE VEHICLE. IF YOU INCUR A PROBLEM DURING THE INSTALLATION OF THIS KIT, FIRST BE SURE YOU HAVE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION FROM START TO FINISH ACCURATELY AND IF SO PLEASE CALL ; WE WILL DO OUR BEST OVER THE PHONE TO ASSIST YOU WITH YOUR PROBLEM, OR DIRECT YOU ACCORDINGLY. VEHICLES THAT RECEIVE OVER SIZED TIRES SHOULD CHECK BALL JOINTS, TIE ROD ENDS, IDLER ARM, PITMAN ARM, AS WELL AS GENERALLY INSPECT THE ENTIRE SUSPENSION FRONT TO REAR EVERY MILES FOR WEAR AND REPLACE AS NEEDED.

3 INSTRUCTIONS: 1. PLACE THE VEHICLE ON A FLAT AND LEVEL SURFACE, JACK UP THE VEHICLE AND SUPPORT IT UNDER THE FRAME WITH JACK STANDS. NEVER WORK UNDER AN UNSUPPORTED VEHICLE! 2. REMOVE THE FRONT TIRES. ( 21MM SOCKET) 3. REMOVE THE SWAY BAR LINKS. ( 21MM SOCKET, 18MM WRENCH) 4. REMOVE THE SWAY BAR. ( 15MM SOCKET) 5. OPEN UP THE REAR CLIP THAT HOLDS THE ANTILOCK WIRE TO THE RADIUS ARM. 6. REMOVE THE BOLT THAT HOLDS THE BRAKE LINE BRACKET TO THE FRAME. ( 13MM SOCKET) 7. SEPARATE THE VACUUM LINE ON THE DRIVERS SIDE FOR THE AIR LOCKER AND INSTALL THE EXTENSION. 8. PLACE A JACK UNDER THE CENTER OF THE FRONT AXLE AND JACK IT UP ABOUT A HALF INCH. REMOVE THE FRONT SHOCKS. USE CAUTION, THE SHOCKS ARE USED AS THE DROOP STOPS. IF YOU REMOVE THEM WITHOUT PROPERLY SUPPORTING THE FRONT AXLE, IT WILL FALL. ( 18MM SOCKET, 13/16 WRENCH, FLOOR JACK) 9. SLOWLY LOWER THE FRONT AXLE UNTIL THE COILS CLEAR THE SPRING BUCKET. REMOVE THE COILS. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT OVER STRETCH ANY BRAKE LINES OR ANY OTHER LINES. REMOVE THE COILS. PLACE THE FRONT AXLE ON A PAIR OF JACK STANDS. 10. SEPARATE THE PANHARD BAR FROM THE UPPER BRACKET.( 30MM WRENCH, 30MM SOCKET) 11. TAKE THE PANHARD BRACKET OFF THE FRAME.( 18MM SOCKET, 21MM SOCKET) 12. PULL THE BUMP STOPS OUT OF THE BUMP STOP MOUNTS. REMOVE THE MOUNTS. ( 10MM SOCKET) 13. SEPARATE THE STEERING STABILIZER FROM THE FRAME SIDE, LEAVE IT ATTACHED TO THE STEERING LINK. ( 15MM SOCKET) 14. SEPARATE THE STEERING LINK FROM THE PITMAN ARM. REMOVE THE COTTER PIN, SLIDE THE RETAINER OFF AND REMOVE THE NUT. USE A REMOVAL TOOL TO BREAK THE TAPER LOOSE FROM THE PITMAN ARM. DO NOT STRIKE THE THREADS WITH A HAMMER. ( 24MM WRENCH, PLIERS, BALL JOINT REMOVAL TOOL) 15. REMOVE THE NUT THAT HOLDS THE PITMAN ARM ON THE STEERING BOX. ( 46MM OR 1 13/16 SOCKET) 16. REMOVE THE PITMAN ARM USING A PITMAN ARM PULLER, YOU MUST USE THE PROPER TOOL TO REMOVE THE PITMAN ARM OR YOU COULD DAMAGE THE STEERING BOX. 17. USE CAUTION DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF STEPS AND HAVE SOMEONE ASSIST YOU, ONCE YOU PULL THE BOLTS THAT HOLD THE RADIUS ARMS TO THE FRAME THE FRONT AXLE WILL NOT BE HELD IN BY ANYTHING. IT WILL BE

4 RESTING ON THE JACK STANDS. USE A STRAP OR A FLOOR JACK TO KEEP THE PINION FROM ROTATING DOWN TOO FAR. 18. REMOVE THE RADIUS ARMS FROM THE TRUCK. PRESS THE BUSHINGS OUT OF THE RADIUS ARMS. IF YOU DON T HAVE A SHOP PRESS YOU CAN USE A RUBBER MALLET TO TAP IT OUT. USE THE APPROPRIATE SIZE TUBING SO YOU ARE PUSHING ON THE OUTER METAL LIP JUST INSIDE OF THE RADIUS ARM. IF IT S BEING DIFFICULT, SPRAY SOME WD-40 ON IT. ( 24MM SOCKET, 24MM WRENCH, FLOOR JACK) 19. CLEAN UP THE BUSHINGS WITH SOME BRAKE CLEANER. MAKE SURE THE INSIDE OF THE NEW RADIUS ARMS ARE CLEAN WHERE THE BUSHING PRESSES IN. APPLY SOME RED LOCKTITE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUSHINGS AND PRESS THEM INTO THE ARMS. PUSH ON THE OUTSIDE METAL PART OF THE BUSHING. NOTE THAT THE STOCK BUSHINGS WERE BOTH GOING IN ONE DIRECTION, WHERE THE NEW SETUP HAS THE BUSHINGS POINTING FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK IN. 20. INSTALL THE RADIUS ARMS USING THE STOCK HARDWARE. USE THE SUPPLIED NUT FOR THE DRIVERS FRONT UPPER BOLT. THE ARMS SHOULD BE MARKED WITH DRIVER / PASSENGER STICKERS. THE FLAT SIDE OF THE ARM GOES IN AND THE SIDE WITH THE SMALL HOLES AND WELDED ON TAB GOES TO THE TOP. ( 24MM SOCKET, 24MM WRENCH) 21. INSTALL THE NEW PITMAN ARM, USE RED LOCKTITE ON THE STOCK NUT AND TORQUE TO 250 FT LBS.( 46MM OR 1 13/16 SOCKET) 22. INSTALL THE PANHARD DROP BRACKET USING THE STOCK HARDWARE AND BLUE LOCKTITE. ( 18MM SOCKET, 21MM SOCKET) 23. JACK UP THE FRONT AXLE AND REMOVE THE JACK STANDS. LOWER THE FRONT AXLE ENOUGH TO INSTALL THE NEW LIFT COILS, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT OVER STRETCH ANY LINES. 24. PULL THE RUBBER ISOLATORS OFF THE STOCK COILS, AND PUSH THEM INTO THE NEW LIFT COILS. INSTALL THE COILS AND MAKE SURE THE BOTTOM OF THE COIL IS CLOCKED CORRECTLY; THE END OF THE COIL SHOULD BE AGAINST THE STOP. LIFT THE AXLE UP SLOWLY, MAKING SURE THE TOP OF THE COIL SPACER SEATS AROUND THE COIL BUCKET. 25. JACK UP THE AXLE ENOUGH TO INSTALL THE NEW SHOCKS (WE RECOMMEND USING OUR SHOCKS, PART # CSR-2900, BUT SHOCKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT SO YOU HAVE A CHOICE). MAKE SURE THE SHOCKS YOU INSTALL ARE THE CORRECT LENGTH; YOUR SHOCKS ARE YOUR ONLY DROOP STOPS, SO IF THEY ARE TOO LONG YOUR COILS COULD FALL OUT. ( 18MM SOCKET, 13/16 WRENCH) 26. BOLT THE PANHARD BAR TO THE PANHARD BRACKET USING THE STOCK HARDWARE AND RED LOCKTITE. ( 30MM WRENCH, 30MM SOCKET) 27. ATTACH THE STEERING LINK TO THE PITMAN ARM USING THE STOCK HARDWARE AND A NEW SUPPLIED COTTER PIN. ( 24MM WRENCH, PLIERS)

5 28. BOLT THE NEW URETHANE BUMPSTOPS AND THE BUMPSTOP SPACERS TO THE BOTTOM OF THE FRAME USING THE SUPPLIED BOLTS. 29. BOLT THE BRAKE LINE DROP BRACKETS TO THE FRAME WHERE THE BRAKE LINE USED TO BE USING THE STOCK BOLTS. ( 13MM SOCKET,) 30. CAREFULLY BEND THE BRAKE LINES DOWN SO YOU CAN ATTACH THEM TO THE BRACKETS USING THE STOCK CLIP. ( PLIERS) 31. INSTALL THE SWAYBAR DROP BRACKETS USING THE STOCK HARDWARE. 32. OPEN UP BAG # 1. INSTALL THE SWAYBAR USING THE SUPPLIED 7/16 BOLTS. ( 5/8 SOCKET, 11/16 WRENCH) 33. INSTALL THE SWAY BAR LINKS USING THE STOCK HARDWARE. ( 21MM SOCKET, 18MM WRENCH) 34. PUSH THE STOCK ANTILOCK WIRE CLIPS INTO THE HOLES IN THE RADIUS ARMS. SECURE THEM TO THE TABS USING THE SUPPLIED ZIP TIES. RE-ATTACH THE ANTILOCK WIRES. 35. INSTALL THE VENT LINE EXTENSION. 36. REAR BLOCK INSTALLATION: 37. REMOVE THE REAR TIRES. ( 21MM SOCKET) 38. REMOVE THE REAR SHOCKS. ( 15MM WRENCH, 18MM SOCKET) 39. PLACE A JACK UNDER ONE SIDE OF THE REAR END. REMOVE THE U-BOLTS ON THAT SIDE. ( 24MM SOCKET) 40. LET THE JACK DOWN FAR ENOUGH TO INSTALL THE NEW LIFT BLOCK, IT GOES UNDERNEATH THE STOCK ONE AND THE TALL SIDE OF THE BLOCK GOES TOWARD THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. 41. INSTALL THE NEW U-BOLTS AND SNUG THEM DOWN, DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN AT THIS POINT. ( 15/16 SOCKET) 42. REPEAT STEPS FOR THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TRUCK. TORQUE THE U-BOLTS TO 85 FT./LBS. ( 15/16 SOCKET) 43. INSTALL NEW REAR SHOCKS USING THE STOCK HARDWARE. (WE RECOMMEND USING OUR SHOCK PART # CSR-2655) 44. INSTALL THE WHEELS AND TORQUE TO 100 FT./LBS. 45. SET THE TRUCK ON THE GROUND. 46. ATTACH THE STEERING STABILIZER TO THE STOCK MOUNT USING THE 1 SPACER TO SPACE IT DOWN AND THE SUPPLIED BOLT. 47. A FULL ALIGNMENT IS NOT NECESSARY AFTER INSTALLING THIS KIT, IT DOES NOT AFFECT TOE, CAMBER OR CASTER, CENTERING THE STEERING WHEEL IS THE ONLY ADJUSTMENT NEEDED. MAKE SURE THE WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD, LOOSEN THE ADJUSTER ON THE STEERING LINK AND ADJUST THE LINK TO CENTER THE STEERING WHEEL. TIGHTEN THE ADJUSTER. DRIVE THE TRUCK AND MAKE SURE THE STEERING WHEEL IS CENTERED, ADJUST AGAIN IF NECESSARY.
