3 QUEEN OF HEARTS How you play the game: The game starts with 54 cards (a full deck plus 2 jokers). Every FRIDAY from 6-7 pm, we sell raffle tickets for $1 each. At 7 two tickets will be drawn. The winners get to pick a card from the board. Every card is a winner, from a drink chip, burger or Fryer night coupons, Moose bucks, etc. Then there are cash prizes for some of the larger cards (as well as 4 free years dues cards), with the ultimate being the QUEEN OF HEARTS. If that card is drawn, the person gets half of the pot, the lodge gets the other half, and the game ends. The next week we start with a new set of 54 cards. If the Queen of Hearts is not chosen, the pot (minus the cost of the winners from that night) carries over to the next week. Come in, have a drink and play and win!!! 7 HOSPICE PATIENTS NEED TO KNOW WE CARE! Our Chapter is planning on making baskets for Hospice patients and our friends at Avalon Care Center. We are asking for donations of baskets, containers and some of the following items! coffee cups tea bag packets fuzzy lap blankets hot chocolate packets slipper socks Readers Digest playing cards magazines Large print crossword chapstick unscented lotion or wordsearch books Please bring any items to the lodge and THANK YOU!!!!
