5 uncional descripion Wih he command value inpus o 4, i is possible o call-up command values () by conrolling he relevan relay (K o K4). The command value volage is applied eiher direcly via he conrolled volage ±9 from he inernal poer supply () or by an exernal command value poeniomeer. or hese inpus ±9 00 % is valid ). If hese four command value inpus are direcly laid o ±9 regulaed volage, hen he poeniomeers o 4 can be se o four differen command values. When using exernal poeniomeers a hese inpus hen he inernal poeniomeers ac as limiers if hey are no se o heir maximum. Exernal command value poeniomeers 5 K 5 K 5 K 4c (4a, 0a, 0c) 4a 9 6c M0 Inpus Conrol Solenoid "b" 4c (4a, 0a, 0c) Inpus 6a 6c + 9 M0 Conrol Solenoid "a" 4c (4a, 0a, 0c) Inpus 6a + 9 Conrol 4c 9 Solenoids "a" + "b" Which command value is being called-up is shon by he LEDs "" o "4". If more han one command value is called-up a he same ime hen he inpu ih he highes number has prioriy. Example: If command values and 3 are simulaneously called-up hen command value 3 is acive. A furher oupu on he card supplies a supply volage for he command value call-ups ha can be siched from +9 o 9 via he relay K6 ). Wih he amplifier version ih five ramp imes each of he four command value call-ups (T 5007 and T 5008) is allocaed an adjusable ramp ime ("" o "4"). If no command values are calledup hen, ih his uni, he ime "5" is acivaed. Wih he amplifier versions ih one ramp ime (T 5005 and T 5006), ime "" is acive for all command values. All of he relays fied o he card are siched ih 4 DC (smoohed). The command value inpu 5 is a differenial inpu (0 o ±0 ). If he command value is o be applied from an exernal source hen his inpu is o be used. When siching he command value volages care mus be aken o ensure ha boh signal lines are alays separaed or conneced o he inpu. All command values are summed ih he correc value and correc sign before hey are conneced furher (3). The subsequen ramp generaor (4) generaes from an applied sep inpu signal, a ramp shaped oupu signal. The ime consan of he oupu signal is adjusable via he poeniomeers "" or "" o "5". The given ramp ime refers o a command value jump of 00 % and can, dependen on he jumper seings (J5, J6), be approx. sec. or 5 sec. If a command value jump less han 00% is siched o he inpu of he ramp generaor hen he ramp ime decreases accordingly. Exernal ime poeniomeer and ramp "off" 5 K 8a 0a 8a 0a Ramp "conrollable" Ramp "on/off" RA /06.98 Noe: When using an exernal ime poeniomeer he inernal ramp ime poeniomeer has o be se o is maximum. The maximum ramp ime is reduced because he resisance of he exernal poeniomeer is siched in parallel o he inernal poeniomeer (approx. 500 kω)! By siching relay K5 or via an exernal jumper he ramp ime is se o is loes value (approx. 30 ms). The oupu signal of he ramp generaor (4) goes parallel o he summaion (6) and he sep funcion generaor (5). The sep funcion generaor (5) creaes ih command value volages of >00 m a polariy dependen sep signal ha is added o he oupu signal of he ramp generaor. This sep funcion causes a fas movemen hrough he valve spool overlap. Wih larger command value volages, he sep funcion generaor provides a consan oupu signal. The oupu signal of he summaion (6) is he posiion command value and is applied o he PID conroller (7), he measuremen socke "" on he fron plae of he card and connecion 4a (command value). A volage of 6 a he command value measuremen socke "" relaes o a command value of +00% The PID conroller is especially opimized for he valve model 4WRE (series X). The curren oupu sages are conrolled in relaion o he difference beeen he posiion command value and posiion acual value. A posiive command value signal a he inpu o he amplifier conrols he oupu sage for solenoid "b", and a negaive command value he oupu sage for solenoid "a". The inducive posiional ransducer (3) acquires he posiion of he valve spool. The posiion ransducer AC volage signal is convered in he oscillaor/demodulaor () and fed back o he PID conroller as an acual posiion value. The zero poin of he posiional ransducer (acual value zero poin) can be mached ih he poeniomeer "Zx" (on he circui board). The amplificaion of he posiion acual value is facory calibraed and mus no be changed (±6 = max. valve spool sroke). The oupu sages are enabled ih a signal of >8.5. (Displayed by he yello LED "" on he fron plae). By seing he jumper J7, he oupu sages are permanenly enabled independenly of he condiion of he enable inpu. The enable inpu is, herefore, ineffecive. The LED "" (operaional) lighs ih faul free operaion hen: he enable signal is applied, he inernal ± 9 poer supply is funcional (ampliude & symmery), here is no shor circui of he solenoid lines and no cable break in he posiion ransducer lines. In he case of a faul, boh of he oupu sages are immediaely deenergized, he conroller is siched off and he message "operaional" is ihdran. Afer correcing he faul, he card is immediaely funcional and he LED "operaional" lighs up again. ) = Reference poenial for he command values o 4 is M0 (measuremen zero).
