1 Set up your headphones muzikofficial.com Charge Power on Connect your device Install the muzik connect app Listen to your music Charge headphones with enclosed USB cable power light will turn solid yellow when charging is complete.* Hold the button on top of the ear-cup for 3 seconds to power the headphones on. On your smart device, enable Bluetooth and select muzik : on-ear to pair the headphones. Once paired and connected to the headphones, follow the prompt to download the muzik connect app. You can link your preferred music account within the app or just browse your library to select and play music. *Headphones come with a charge of up to 80% out of the box. *For devices with NFC, make sure NFC is on and wave your device over the left ear-cup to connect via Bluetooth.

5 faq Why are my muzik headphones not connecting to my device? The headphones can be paired with only 1 device at a time. If you have previously paired your muzik headphones with a different device and are trying to connect to a new one, please be sure to unpair the other device or simply turn off the Bluetooth first. I connected my headphones to a second device and now I can t seem to reconnect to the device I was originally paired to. Turn Bluetooth off on the device you do not want to be connected and you will automatically connect to the other device. If this does not work, go to Bluetooth Settings on the device you do not wish to use and select forget device to disable. What is the wireless range of the headphones from the paired device? Up to 45 feet. What do the LED lights on the headphones mean? 1.) Pulsing Red = Charging 2.) Solid Yellow = Charged 3.) Pulsing Yellow = Pairing Mode 4.) Solid Yellow = Paired Can you listen to your headphones without a charge? Yes you can, by using the included cable. It also functions as a microphone and control when you connect the cable directly to your smartphone. When listening without a charge, what functions of the headphones will work? Gesture based swipe and capacitive touch controls from the outer ear-cup will not function when the headphones are not charged. What batteries are included with my headphones and do I need to purchase additional batteries? You muzik smart on-ear headphones come equipped with an internal rechargeable lithium ion battery. No additional batteries are required. Do I need to use a microphone cable to make phone calls? No you do not. We have included dual microphones on the lower part of each ear-cup that will pick up your voice and transmit for voice calls. None of my buttons work on my muzik headphones. How do I fix this? Try the following: 1.) Turn off muzik connect app 2.) Turn off your Smart Headphones 3.) Go to Bluetooth Settings and forget device 4.) Turn Bluetooth off, then back on 5.)
